The toilet was leaking,no towels, no toiletries, they didnt even put water for us to drink.. the boiling pot wasnt working, we booked for three people and we were supposed to have a king size bed & a queen size bed however there was only one king size bed. I didnt want to sleep on the “hospital portable bed” which they offered and i went back and slept at home… overall, value for money is way too low.. if you’re planning to increase the pricing so much during the holidays, then your services must be on par with the price

Breakfast was very good. The only problem is the food is all arranged for the people who can eat everything. It would be nice to have options for Lactose and gluten problems. Still the staff tried to arrange gluten free bread and even little cakes special for me. Thanks.

the costs of water and soft drinks and the fact you had to load your room account with money to buy anything, instead just swttle the bill on leaving the hotel. I also had a discount on all purchases at the hotel, but everytime I used it, it was not taken off bill and I had to then go to reception to get it refunded, a real pain.

I booked and paid in advance for a family room consist of 3 members and I have informed and call the staff before the check in that we are 3 but they gave us a room for 2 person and my brother has slept in the couch!! For all the three days and we already complained about it but the staff in the reception said that you have the best view!! As in booking mentioned that we will have 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed for my brother but we only got the queen bed, it’s really disappointing thing!

The staff weren't welcoming, and i gave them a heads up that i had visitors that they new about but then decided next day they wanted to add charges for visitors. You check in @4pm which is ridiculously late and the toom wasn't even ready at that time. They didn't have toothbrushes, and when u checkout, you must leave the premises at once, you cant checkout and stay on the pool/beach side till you decide to leave, which was cery disappointing and a first time rule from a decent hotel.

Location, service of the staff and how spacious it was
Extremely old, lacks basic modern technology in the rooms, restrooms, curtains, etc.
Room service take a while, but might be due to the bit property.

Early check in as we reached Kuwait at 9 am and late check out at 3; our flight was at 6pm
We liked the chocolate hour although the staff didn’t tell us about it! We found out about it in the hotel information in the tv
The bed was clean and comfortable
Very old furniture, not well taken care of, everything else was old too; the kitchen, the toilet, the decoration, the whole place was in the 80s!
We couldn’t control the a/c at all!
Hot water was not barley warm in the toilet sink while the weather was cold in December
Hotel not cooperating with Talabat. They kept the food the was received 1 pm until 10 pm to inform us they put it in the fridge! They couldn’t call earlier!? I was talking to Talabat to resolve the issue and endedup canceling the order..

This is my second time staying here. My stay was very enjoyable, the view was amazing, and facilities to our liking. I want to give a special mention to Ms. Asmitha and Mr. Arafat from reception for going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you !
