The hotel was lacking alot. Instead of a balcony my room shared a terrace with all the rooms which means 0 privacy. The staff were not nice including someone giving me sarcastic answers for my inquiries!!!! The room has no utilities no kettle, coffee or tea bags, even cold water bottles are chargeable. I needed a non smoking room, yet everyday the room smelled like smoking. I could hear my neighbors speak clearly!!!! Upon checkout they wanted to charge for parking although they claimed its a free hotel parking. I will not advise anyone to attend to this hotel again

The location was great with sea view. we had easy access to the sea and many fantastic restaurants and cafes on Zaituna bay side. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice.

The breakfast was good but can be improved. Why do they extra-charge for omelet for instance? We did not know whether the hotel had a pool or not. We did not receive enough information. Sometimes, the staff were making noises dragging trollers in the hallways in the early mornings.

We chose a seaside room with a balcony. The hotel did not put the AC on as it is a central system as they mentioned as a result we needed to have the balcony doors open as a result it was too noisy to be able to get a sound sleep!

The view is very nice. Convenient location. The staff are great, kind and extremely helpful. A good price relative to the rest of Beirut. A great hotel if you are the type that wants to travel around the city and spends a lot of their time outside.

The building is a bit old, so the facilities are not the best. It is still good, but not ideal. For example the wifi sometimes had some issues. No pool or gym. However this wasn't a particular issue for me because I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. So it is not the best option if you want a resort type of hotel where you spend a lot of time there, but overall still a great hotel. Highly recommend.

From the entrance there were people actually lounging on the stairs at the entrance. The reception was cold and I was charged more than the deal I purchased on booking.com The room was stuffy and not adequately equiped with amenities for a 4 star hotel. There was no room service at 9:pm (request for ice). The lenins in the room (especially towels) were very old and worn out.

The location. It's very close to downtown, with many restaurants. A very lively neighborhood The staff were very polite and helpful by all means Beautiful views of the Mediterranean from the balcony. The lounge where we get our breakfast is on the 7th floor with gorgeous views in the morning. The room and bathroom were clean. It needs renovation, but it wasn't a big issue

Even though this particular issue is not caused by the hotel, but it's the hotel's problem. Across the street there is a restaurant that plays terribly loud music till late at night. I stayed on the 6th floor, and still the noise was too loud at night. If you're planning to stay up late during your stay, then you may even enjoy it, but if you're on a business trip like me and need a good sleep then this is something you need to consider The other thing is the TV system. It's terribly outdated, with very small screen and limited choice of channels. One last thing. The AC thermostat does not work. Even though I lowered the fan to the minimum I still had to cover with a heavy blanket to stay warm. Of course if you turn it off it will become terribly hot in the summer

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience for our honeymoon. The staff were honestly the best part — very kind, helpful, and respectful. However, the hotel itself didn’t meet our expectations. The place doesn’t really look like the photos, and the overall condition and maintenance were below the expected level, especially considering the price. There were also ongoing renovation and construction works for two days during our stay, which was disappointing since I had informed the hotel that we were newlyweds on our honeymoon. Additionally, the plumbing was not working properly in both rooms we stayed in, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms the whole time. In short, the staff were truly great, but the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and value for money were unfortunately far below what we expected.
