The hostel is beautiful and their installations are well-kept. However, they seen tourist as an ATM machine.They charge you for every little single thing. Their internet and food are not that great. Overall, its a good bargain for what it offers.

The place was brilliantly designed and currated, giving a good modern feel to such an old structure. And yet, maintaing a good zin feel for most of the day. Breakfast was pretty decent.
On a couple of accasions, the communal effect of the riad just hosted many -seemingly- drunk guests. Giving a feel of a very happy yet crowded english pub. However, that was promptly shut down by 11pm which was very reasonable for both ends.

I've stayed in this hostel before and I always stay here whenever I'm in Marrakech can't recommend it enough. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean and well-organized. The staff was great and everything is so easy to access from the hostel (food, drinks, souks, taxis, etc.)
It could be nicer if they had more stuff on their restaurant menu, but that's about it.

This was a great hostel! The ground floor has a really pretty pool area, social/chill out/restaurant area which was great for meeting other travellers. The rooftop area is equally as beautiful with sun loungers etc for relaxing with some peace and quiet. The dorm rooms were clean and simple, with a privacy curtain on each bed. The shower room was nice. They served alcohol which is a definitely bonus (if that's your thing) as most places don't. Friendly staff who helped with anything you needed. I met a group of other travellers from all different countries which was really cool.
I wish there were a few more sun loungers around the pool as it was hard to get one. The breakfast selection wasn't great - probably not worth the price.

Prices very expensive (food, drinks, laundry, etc). WIFI VERY BAD (not suitable for digital nomads) and the closer coworking is in the city center, 20 minutes walking. The most annoying was the facilities to stay in the hostel. the place is not prepared for people to stay in there. In the bathroom you have a common space (where the 2 sinks are located) and you have a hanger to put you towels and clothes before enter to the showers, but inside of the showers, there are not hanger and nothing (there is enough space for that) that means, you have to be naked in the common space (in a mix room) and then enter to the showers, same to go out. In the rooms, there are not hanger either, only 3 hanger next to the main door for the 6 people. The aircon in the room is good at night, but in the day, in summer is not good enough. There are not enough plugs in the whole hostel for the number of people (in the commons areas) This place is good for go there, have a drink, enjoy the swimming pool, have a good instagram picture and then LEAVE, I don't recommend stay in the hostel for sleeping. My original plan was stay there between one and 2 weeks, but after 3 days I decided to leave to a place where I have good wifi and better facilities for staying and sleeping

airport transfer in my opinion was a scam. Beside the overpriced fee of 150 (per taxi) they even asked on top of it for more tip. Furthermore the transfer is for 4x people and instead of combining you with other travelers which are on the same flight, they rather book you a separate taxi to get more money out if you. Organize yourself a taxi from the street and save some money.

Hassima and the other two gentlemen at the receptionist desk were all very attentive to all my needs. For example, booking a taxi to and from the airport, printing my boarding pass for free, and giving recommendations for restaurants near by. The hostel played a variety of Arabic and other genres of music which I definitely enjoyed when I was in the courtyard hanging out with my new friends. I loved the time I spent in Marrakech and at TCH! The hostel is beautiful and very well located, but its most valuable asset is its staff. I must say, the only problem I had during my stay was the earthquake that hit Marrakech on September 8th 2023, the day I arrived at TCH. It was, of course, a terrifying experience, beyond what we can call a problem. I do not have any special staff member I can name. ALL OF THEM WERE SPECIAL, FIRST CLASS STAFF MEMBERS. ALL OF THEM. When the earthquake hit, I was on the terrace. As soon as it ended, I ran downstairs and the first person I saw was a staff member from the bar, who asked me Are you okay?. He was checking that all guests were doing fine, that all were safe. Yes, the earthquake was shocking, but I will always remember how all staff members were present and with us, despite having their own worries and fears about their family members. I felt protected, cared for, I received information every time there was something available. I saw the staff members and the hostel manager constantly checking on different hotel guests, bringing cookies when we all were spending the night awake. I will never forget the earthquake, and I always remember the caring attention and care that the beautiful staff showed with us. On Saturday morning, breakfast was served, the bar opened, the facilities were cleaned, the reception area was providing information and slowly all was getting back to normal. But for me, this was not normal, this was beyond my expectations. I am more than grateful and humbled for this experience. I send all members of TCH my most heartfelt appreciation and respect.

The Hostel is well located in the Medina and within walking distance of Taxi stops (Most cars could not enter the Medina due to the streets' size). The building is modern and comfortable. The beds are nice, with curtains allowing a bit of privacy. The pool is nice for hot days, and the terrace is great for afternoons. The breakfast includes cereals, fruits, eggs, coffee, juices and bread. Thanks to the amazing hosts Nassima, Ahmed, and Ilhame, my stay was incredible. They helped me across my stay, from providing tourist tips to booking my shuttle to the airport.
Payment with a card at the hostel bar is only allowed with a minimum amount (Bear this in mind if you are trying to buy a bottle of water at night).

The staff were very good at their jobs.
The driver was already there at the airport waiting when I arrived. This was very important to me as a solo female traveller.
The receptionists were warm, welcoming and helpful.
The bar staff were friendly and attentive.
The food was better than expected for the hostel. I really enjoyed the Greek salad and the fried chicken was better than KFC. Well done to the chef!
The housekeepers were efficient and the dorm room was cleaned daily.
The bed was very comfortable.
There were plenty of chairs and tables and nice areas to chill out. The small pool and fountain were the bonus to make me feel relaxed!
Lastly I want to say thank you very much to all the staff during my stay. You are amazing during the earthquake! You have carried on with your work and taken care of your guests. It is your hospitality and good customer service that make me want to return to the Central House!
The toilet is in same room as the shower and it is the only one in the 4 beds dorm, so if someone is having a shower you cant use the toilet as there is no privacy!

Great place. Beautiful and bright with plenty of nice lounge areas. The entire place is clean, and the rooms are spacious with well thought out design. Love the little things, such as hooks, mirrors, tables and chairs, that make a huge difference. The location cant be beat! And the staff are wonderful, specially Ilham and Nassima. I didnt have much interaction with the night shift staff, except for the nice black Moroccan man that had the brightest smile and was super helpful when I had a question about a certain tour. I didnt get his name though.

I came to the front desk at 7:45, wanting to get coffee before my tour at 8am. You need to go to the bar was what I was told. So I went to the bar, which was right outside. It was dark and unmanned. Its literally empty and closed. There was nobody there to order coffee from so I walked back inside and asked if I could just have coffee and pay them for it, since it was so easily accessible (it was self serve and on the counter). I dont eat breakfast at all, i just wanted coffee and was of course going to pay for it, but i kept getting refused. The breakfast room had ONE guest there, and they couldnt get me coffee?! Also, the bar he kept insisting I go to is just right outside AND shares the same kitchen! I was allowed to sit in the breakfast room, just not allowed to have coffee. I get withdrawals if I dont drink a cup in the morning, so sure enough, I had a massive headache and withdrawal nausea on the way to Essouirra so I didnt enjoy it at all. It was on my bday too. Such a bad experience! And that man in the front desk didnt handle it well at all. He just said NO GO TO THE BAR and went back to looking at his computer. So unprofessional.
Also my brand new perfume, Carolina Herrera, that I havent even opened yet and was excited to use, ON MY BIRTHDAY, was stollen from my room. :(

It was very clean , great decoration and tasty food ,amazing reception staff ,helpful and friendly.
I didn't like that they close the rooftop area early and the bar/swimming pool area.Drinks are expensive , the pool is a bit cold , would be nice a jacuzzi, and on the rooftop a pool ...

It was spectacularly beautiful, the staff were very helpful, the room was spacious, the beds/linens comfortable and the bathroom well laid out with counter space for toiletries, a spacious shower with plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer were very handy too.
There was nothing to dislike and I would stay there again.

It was really clean, lovely staff and great location
The children running around, it was more of a hotel than hostel with familys staying.
It was nice but actually quite expensive
Also it says usb plugs on hostel world, they are just normal plugs

Beautiful Riad style hostel, spacious, lots of areas to chill. Bar makes nice Espresso Martinis. The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful and friendly with every single interaction.
Laundry is a bit expensive
