This was an executive suite, very large with a small kitchenette, sofa, desk, nice bathroom and a shower with lots of hot water and good water pressure. The bed was a very comfortable king size, marble floors and big windows. The location in Zona Rosa give you lots of walking access to some of the cities best neighborhoods. Plenty of good dining in the area. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels and bottled water.
The breakfast at the hotel was a little on the expensive side so I ate off premises and found very reasonable places with good offerings nearby. I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work but I didn't really mess with it much as I had plenty of things to do beside watch TV.

Since we booked twice with them we could leave our luggage there which was nice. Apart from one lady the reception staff is rather moderately enthusiastic about their job. I would expect a bit more "friendliness" and so on...
The location is close to public transport metro bus, metro (currently only buses), in a good area.
The room is big but the bathroom had always some funny smell (drainage, sewere), plus the air- condition is not the youngest one it does give some funny clicking noise.
We asked at the reception to organize a taxi to the airport and specifically requested to be able to pay by card. They organized the worst possible driver for us. So this left us with a sour taste since it questions the ability to organize such a rather simple task.

Parking has to be with valet parking. In the room we used (#605), the bathroom door makes a lot of noise and also the bed base makes a lot of noise, every single move you make while sleeping it makes enough noise to wake you up.

A nine day stay in a suite, 3rd floor, through Christmas and NYE. Location is in a nice and safe neighborhood, Zona Rosa. A 20 minute walk to Chapultepec Castle (Museo Nacional de Historia), Museo Nacional de Anthropologia (sun disc, Olmec Heads, Palanque tomb cover and jade mask, more...). Booked the Teotihuacan/Plaza de las Tres Culturas/Basillica de Guadalupe/ElJaguarRestuarant tour at the hotel. They pick you up right in front of the hotel. Great overall experience. Room (and Hotel) was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. Hotel food was decent, but plenty of decent restaurants within walking distance too; El Corazon del Mar Roma, Jayi, Mythos
Initial room had a temperamental AC unit. They moved me into a different suite....problem solved..

Location to get to the US Embassy and CAS center were great, it took about 10 minutes by walk to get to either of both. The street passing by is not noisy and there were no issues to get to ATM's or food places.
Elevators are tight for 4 people max, if you travel with big luggage and family you might need to split up to get to your room.

Great breakfast selection, short walk to Chapultepec park, La Reforma, nearby restaurants and bars. Good value
Would have appreciated a chair in Room 603 and wash cloths in the bathroom, although I understand that wash cloths are not typically supplied in Mexico hotels.

Location was excellent. Easy walk to everything
Very spartan and miserly. Though a suite, it offered less than a regular hotel room. It had a small refrigerator and microwave; that's it. No coffee station, salt & pepper, no paper towels, no dishwashing soap, no sponge...just a lot of nothing.

Good location, easy check in
Room is hot (even in January), had a bad smell in it, but overall the listing is very misleading. What is marketed as a “Deluxe King Room” has a very tiny bed that seemed narrower and shorter than a double. The pictures of the room also show additional features like a sofa that weren’t in the room.
