We checked out the hotel’s restaurant once, but didn’t see anyone eating inside so we decided not to eat there. It’s not necessary something we didn’t like, it’s just something we want to let the hotel know so that they might improve upon it

This was a convenient location for our needs. Arriving late the hotels own restaurant was not open but there was a macdonalds downstairs that was open til late. Not somewhere we would normally eat but it meant food was available.

Rude staff. Inefficient payment process which took too long almost causing us to miss a tour. Due to the time it was taking we asked to pay for the breakfast when we returned to collect our luggage which we were leaving with them so clearly coming back for but they refused despite us explaining their delay was about to cause us to miss a tour.

our room is basic but very clean.location is perfect and very easy and safe to walk around downtown historical area. there are many eateries and restaurants in the neighborhood and the Alameda Park across street is lovely. we really enjoyed the stay. Will come back again.

Excellent location near the Alameda. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Free coffee and sweet bread service and potable water.dispensers on every floor.

The bathroom needs to be updated. The finish on the tub was cracked and peeling. Both of our bath towels had sizeable.holes

I got there early in the morning and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She assisted me with the best rate possible and early check-in which I really appreciated. All the personnel was efficient and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this is definitely my place to stay in Mexico city.
