The rooms were amazing. Just gorgeous.
The food and beverage prices. I am already paying over $--- a night to stay here. I can completely understand high food prices. But the prices at the St. Regis were absurd. $34 for a hamburger? $4 for an iced tea or water?! Just smacks of greed.

Some members of staff werent so servicial, the room was booked for two but no things for two people, no blackout curtains, concierge was helpful but told me about an exposition which would be closed and wasnt. Asked for some juice on first day and send it also on the second. cleaning people told me when will the room will be I told like in an hour and they were like counting the minutes. Elevators weren so clear. I felt other guests received a better treatment at arrival, may be because I am young. Overall I would say it was pretty common expected somehting beyond and didn get on any aspect

The service was good as you’d expect from a St Regis.
Breakfast was also alright. Due to Covid things were little stricter but the food was alright in general.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable.
There was not heating working in the room. I asked for a heater and they brought a super tiny electric heater which was not heating the room at all.
Plus the room was pretty old looking and needs to be modernized ASAP.

the room was beautiful. pretty good size. the hotel itself was very nice. the gym was perfect.
I didn’t like the two level of entry into the hotel. there should be a door on the bathroom area. there is a very very strong scent in the lobby area which I did not like and which was quite unpleasant.

The staff is really wonderful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The location is quite central. There is a sightseeing tour bus stop right outside the hotel. The currency exchange is diagonally across the street, thought their rates were not as good as I saw elsewhere.
Toilet in one of the two rooms we booked was smelling, Unfortunately this was not reported to the hotel, so we did not give them an opportunity to remedy it.

This hotel did not disappoint. Luxurious, safe, great facility, and in a quiet yet central part of the city. Both in-room dining and the hotel restaurant are really good. The butler service was excellent.
I loved my suite however I felt like it could use some updating and refurbishing especially when it comes to the carpets and sofas. I felt like some parts of my room were very worn-out. Also, the lobby is on the smaller side and is not very inviting nor does not have a lot of seating options.

Location was in the center of all things wanted to experience, view from room was great.
For $1000 a night I would have expected something free for the customer, their was no appreciation shown just 2 free glasses of wine. No free breakfast, no complimentary tickets for a local show.
Nothing every service at this hotel had a huge price attached to it. 24 hour butler service was available but$$$$$$.
Beautiful robes and slippers were laid out everyday for our use at the property. I was thinking how nice it would have been if as we checked out ,that as a thank u for staying with us there would have been
A gift wrapped robe and slipper set given to us, would have cost them $25.00.
And given us a sense of appreciation for spending this money every night. The toilet had a foul smell coming from it.

There are hotels that you just know that you’ll return to, and the St Regis in Mexico City is one of them. It’s an oasis of peace in the middle bustling city! From the exceptional staff to the exquisite rooms, and the attention to details - it is everything you could ask for and more! The breakfast is amazing, and its restaurants and bars offer something for everyone. The staff is wonderful, and despite being at full capacity, the team will make you feel like you are their absolute priority. The rooms are timeless, elegant and the bed possibly the best I have ever slept in! I also highly recommend the hotel’s spa services, which only add to the feeling of complete calm and relaxation! And the concierge team and the butler service, who were always so helpful with any question or request!

Staff were truly excellent. The hotel has a butler service and they were truly ready to get anything I needed at any time. In addition, I got a bad case of travellers diarrhea and they took such good care of me. They had a doctor on call who came and saw me and when she prescribed medications, the concierge got them for me from the pharmacy. They also brought me extra water and kept checking on me. I am truly grateful for the care!
The first room I got, room 505, was not great as the shades didn’t close the entire way. They changed my room and the stay was excellent from then on.
