-No parking for OKU. -the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. -its a high capasity hotel. so the pool are usually packed. -hotel managemenr need to tighten up their security as we managed to witness a couple of outsider waltzed into the hotel compound and used the pool. They only left the compound once someone from the hotel (i assumed) notify the security about it.

I love the location and the staff is, the hotel too is very nice!

I was informed there would be a hairdryer in my unit, but I found there isn’t one. Additionally, parking is limited, and I was unable to park my car on the premises, forcing me to park far away. This is particularly challenging for me as I have two kids. Furthermore, the elevator has an unpleasant smell. I understand that this can happen, but there is also a lot of bird droppings on the balcony and in the parking area. I believe the cleaner should maintain these areas more regularly.

This is my 6th time staying here. The service has improved, the apartment is very comfortable and child-friendly. The location is close to the beach. A spacious swimming pool, and everything is just perfect. I will definitely come back.

It would be even better if there were a designated area for BBQ.

Overall are fine. I booked 3rooms apartment, i stayed at 7th floor. The apartment is really spacious. The hall and the other three room are comfortable enough for 5 of us. The room is cleaned, the toilet as well is fine. The bedsheet and the pillow are clean though.

Im quite disappointed, quite a number of mosquitoes inside master bedroom,and room number 2. The balcony and some of the areas are not well maintained; stain from the lizard are visible. But luckily i didn’t encounter any cockroaches ?. Relief. I guess the management shall take an action about the cleanliness. Some of the trash are clearly next to the lift. About the rate per night, i guess it is overrated. I think because of the Christmas n festive season.

Location: The location of the hotel apartment is really good. Near with town and restaurants. The hotel has private access to the infamous Teluk Kemang beach, with security measures only in-house guest are allowed since u need access card. Facilities: The pool was superb, 2 kids pool with different depth and also slides. 1 big pool with adults up to 1.6m depth. The “bar” section also has varieties with decent price. The hotel also has 2 pickle ball courts with cheap full rental price, and karaoke room and gym. Tried the massage spa, it was good and at the market price. A lot of activities can be done without leaving the hotel.

General: The hotel looks a bit run down from outside and there are a lot of birds hovering around the building. At some areas the walls and balcony are covered with birds poops. It looks disgusting and very dirty, especially looking out directly from the bedroom windows, it’s covered with birds poops. Cleanliness: The toilet was clean but could be cleaner especially at the walls and door part. It was mouldy with blacks spots. The dustbin was also mouldy. Could have done a proper deep cleaning once a while. Parking: Parking was plenty but it’s very small and the basement is very narrow and short ceiling. Be aware of your car height especially if you have add on the car roof. The basement is also single entrance for entry and exit, meaning u have to make a u-turn inside the cramped space.

Room and bed was clean. However the windows hinges in the toilet are old and cannot close. Mosquitoes kept coming in. The lighting if slightly brighter especially at kitchen would be better. Lots of mosquitoes there. The beach in front is clean and safe. My little grand daughter of 2 years enjoyed very much in the sandy beach . Pool is cleaned and facilities is up to expectation. The corridors to the rooms could be better if the lighting are brighter. Coming back after dinner is quite dim. In general we enjoyed the 2 nights stay with a good view from the balcony.

The dim lights inside the apartment and the corridors. Also toilet window are not washed as it is full of bird shit. Master bedroom toilet window cannot close so lots of mosquitoes flying around. Try keeping the mosquitoes away.

First of all, they never answer any question asked in this booking.com app, i should have canceled my booking as it shows their lack of customer service, but i don't have time to survey other places. I arrived quite early, and was asked to comeback at 3pm for check-in. I went for lunch and comeback at 3pm. The room weren't ready, still. The frontdesk staffs did not answer my question, and proceed to change my room without any explanation. They change my room from one with seaview to one without seaview as they couldn't get it ready by 3.15pm. The housekeeping should have prioritize cleaning the booked rooms instead. Paid for breakfast, and luckily only for 1 day. The breakfast was not worth the price. Parking lot were in bad condition, seems like never been cleaned. The living and dining area do not have sufficient lighting.

The pictures looked good when I booked, but it was different when I arrived. The double bed room became two single beds, and the hygiene was not very good. The kitchen utensils were a bit unhygienic, and there were many mosquitoes in the environment. The toilet had a bad smell, and there was no hairdryer. There were few electric lights and it felt dim. The window was not like the pictures I booked, which was completely different from what I booked. The water in the washbasin was very noisy, and the toilet door and the room door were very noisy when they opened and closed. The experience of this stay was slightly okay, but many things were almost unacceptable.

1. Lighting. Too dim to my liking. Maybe fine for living room or bedroom, but I believe everyone prefer a bright kitchen? I don't know if that (the kitchen lighting) is by design or just the issue with the bulb. Hopefully the management take note of this point. 2. Ceiling fan not available in all room. While air conditionings are working, we had trouble sleeping because we are have to feel the air moving. 3. Depending on timing, shower may get cold. On the 1st night, a few minutes in the shower did that, but was fine in the morning. 4. Wifi is provided but smart tv not connected to internet. Not demanding netflix, but at least watching youtube should be of no problem, right? Or, maybe we could log in into our own netflix account. If that should not suppose to happened, well some room are having the issue which the management need to address. 5. Mosquitos. 6. Bathroom has sewer stinks in the morning

The beach front location was great. We enjoyed a DIY BBQ while we were there. There was so much food provided for 2 people, too much for us to eat. The staff were helpful.

The pools were under renovation, so we didn't get to use them. More renovation to the rooms etc needed & it would be better.
