HI Oslo Haraldsheim is Norway’s largest Hostelling International hostel, located in the green surroundings of Grefsen, approximately 4 km from Oslo city centre. Following an extensive renovation, the hostel reopened with upgraded facilities on 17 August 2026, offering a welcoming base for travellers, families and groups visiting the Norwegian capital. Guests can choose from a wide range of accommodation options, including private rooms and shared dormitories, with options to suit different travel needs and budgets.

The hostel offers several spacious lounge areas, a TV room, a games room and outdoor spaces where guests can relax, socialise or enjoy the surroundings. A fully equipped guest kitchen, free WiFi and laundry facilities are also available. The redesigned reception area provides a welcoming arrival point and a place for guests to meet and relax.

Haraldsheim also offers meeting and conference facilities, making it suitable for groups, organisations and other gatherings. Free on-site parking is available for both cars and buses.
