Have stayed there before and enjoyed excellent customer service. Savita (on reception) who we had met before on a previous visit was there when we checked out so great to catch up again. She even raced out to say goodbye to us after we had to hastily exit as our UBer ride had arrived.....how great is that for customer service!!
Nothing we didn't like ....all good!

Excellent hotel in Auckland โ everything within easy reach
stayed at this hotel twice during my trip to New Zealand โ first when I arrived in Auckland, and again on my way back home. Because my first stay was excellent in every way, I decided to book the same hotel again, and once more everything was just as good as the first time.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well equipped, including a kitchenette. The bathroom also has everything you need. The food was excellent, and the coffee was truly top quality. The staff were very kind, welcoming and always helpful.
A lovely extra touch was receiving a complimentary drink because I returned to the hotel. I felt very well taken care of during both stays and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

So close to Auckland town hall where we were going to see a concert.
Stress free valet parking is definitely the way to go.
The room upgrade was a nice surprise along with a personal note left in our room.
The room was very clean with lovely decor, comfortable bed and a big smart tv.
Above all the staff made us feel so welcoming we wished had stayed for another couple of nights.
Nothing at allโฆ..I travel a lot with my job and stay in lots of hotels throughout New Zealand and this is by far the best hotel Iโve stayed in.

i stayed in room 814. i stay at airedale all the time now, i normally book Premier Studio Suites however ended up getting a signature studio but i think i was upgraded to a junior king suite. so i was grateful. Also i must comment on how great the reception staff are, the gentleman on Reception even remembered my name/face from my previous bookings. i can really appreciate that. I think Airedale is in a great location away from alot of the other stresses down the bottom of queen st, and the price value is great, and i find it to be very comfortable and classy. I always recommend and share on my socials my stay Airedale hotel. :-)
the first lift sometime takes ages to read the card, other then that, it was a great stay as always

Everything. Friendly staff, clean. Spacious room, lovely breakfast, location near town hall.
I came back at a late hour and I couldn't find the entree door. Somehow it wasn't obvious to me with the high metal doors closed how/where to get in. Luckily someone passing by pointed it out to me.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a very lovely clean rooms fantastic hotel food and girls on reception and the all staff were amazing.
