Unbelievable view!

None of the confirmations we received gave us a Villa number. We arrived, & didnt know where to go! Tried calling two different phone numbers, before someone knew which unit we were supposed to stay in. This took at least half an hour. It was evening, cold, & a hassle! Never heard anything at all from the management company, including if there were any check out instructions.

Fantastic space and lay out of property - perfect for our family with kids and grandparents - inside the property Grandparents found it slight tricky walking into town so cabs were needed - which is fine!! We just thought wed be walking more. Kids and other adults were fine to walk :)

Close to Queenstown village. warm and clean.

property itself was fine . noticed however they removed the free taxi shuttle service to town and this is very important as it is in a very steep location .

The layout of the villa, views and amenities were absolutely amazing. Photos dont quite do the villa justice!

No king bed in master bedroom and the pillows were overly soft.

Loved everything about it, so comfortable, amazing views, great spaces to hang out in.

I would like to have had a stick vacuum, a week was too long to not have floors cleaned

Great 3 bedroom with a terrific view in a quiet neighborhood. It was sort of in a great location. We thought it was within walking distance to town but turns out the hill is super steep to get there.

The only problem with the villa is that it really does require you to Uber or Taxi to town, the hill to get there is super steep. My very athletic family decided to Uber 50% while walking was a bit of a hassle and work out. BTW, Uber is on it and cheap.

Breathtaking views, beautiful and well equipped villa, location, parking garage, comfortable, beautiful balcony

. Rooms a little on the smaller side . Villa is 4 storeys, so stairs everywhere . Over $1,500 per night is a little dragged. Maybe $1000 is reasonable
