We were in apartment no 3. The view from the apartment was spectacular across the lake from living room and main bedroom below. The apartment is on two levels living and kitchen etc, top level and bedrooms on lower level so there are stairs to navigate. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable although a little dated and obviously more suited to a ski holiday. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We booked a weeks stay at a 5 star apartment and it was expensive so we expect the best. The orientation to the view is 5 star and the apartment space and furniture is excellent but a few things need improving. Cheap equipment in kitchen eg hotplate old and dials impossible to read. Oven trays not cleaned properly.Utensils equipment etc. not really so good eg frying pan burnt bottom, variety of bowls etc missing. A minor point but for money paid we expect toilet paper to be 3ply at least not tissue paper thin. A big issue was car parking. Although each apartment has a garage, access is very difficult and tight, particularly apartment 3, because of the slope - necessitating either a 5 point turn backing out to exit forward, or a hairy back out to main access road. A large SUV would have great difficulty. Walking to town a little further than I expected.

The apartment was beautifully presented and had absolutely everything we needed and more. It was a 20 minute walk along the lake path to the centre which was very manageable.

Steps out the back down to a path which was then a lovely lake side walk into the city. Amazing place for shops, restaurants, great buskers in the evening.
we had the best trip of our months tour, to Milford Sound. We took the coach there, then the cruise, finished off with flying back in a small plane. Saw hundreds of waterfalls and flew over glaciers, amazing experience.

Wow! We were so lucky to be in Apartment 2 which had recently been renovated. The renovations were outstanding and it was an absolute pleasure to sit in the lounge area and take in the magnificent views. A great location where you can stroll into the centre of Queenstown which is a bonus considering the chaotic traffic and lack of parking.
Be aware parking on site is challenging but this is not uncommon due to the location but not a major issue.

I was a bit disappointed, the whole place is a bit tired, needs a good spring clean & touch up, smelt a bit funky. Top level floor creaks badly, showers only had one speed - sandblast. Bathroom fans clogged, didn't work, main king bed super hard, basic kitchen facilities, utensils.

We loved our stay at the apartment, and were blown away by the stunning view of the lake and mountains as we entered the living area. The accommodation was mostly very well equipped and we had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, very quiet, but only a 25 min walk along the very pretty lakeside into Queenstown.
The washing machine and drier were also great, thankyou.
The parking. Unfortunately, like other guests we did find it rather challenging, and reckoned that we had one of the 2 worst garages to park in (appnt no 10). However, after the initial shock our very able driver navigated it well and was able to manoeuvre our car in and out of the garage.
Also, possibly a few more, and larger mugs and some extra crockery would have been useful as we had lots of room in the dish washer, and would rather have not kept putting it on because we had run out of things.

The location is great, overlooking the lake and a 25 min walk along the lake edge path. The property is very dated, so it's a bit cheaper than other similar properties in Queenstown. It is large and there are heaters to keep it warm, but, the bed is rock hard and the worst bed we slept in over 26 days in South Island. Unfortunately for us, we had 5 nights in it and had to put bedspreads and throw rugs under us to even get any sleep. We loved the view from each unit. The townhouses were very spacious and well decorated. The bath and kitchens all well appointed and supplied. Easy parking in front of the units. Really appreciated the washer and dryer units as easiest we found on a vacation to use. It a bit of a walk into Queenstown, so better to have a car to go back and forth. Was nice to do breakfast in our unit and even have wine and appetizers in the evenings all together.
The access from the main road is a little tricky, but once you figure it out it is fine. There are stairs in the unit as the bedroom and bathroom is downstairs from the living room and kitchen.

There was nothing to not love. The views, the location, the apartment itself.
It was all a big plus. Cherry on the cake for us was being able to catch Aurora on the first night. The best stay hands down!

Amazing apartments for a family with stunning views. Loved the easy stroll to town via the walkway in front of the apartment. The pool and sauna was a great addition to. Highly recommend!!

It's one thing to have a lake-view, it's another thing top have a lake-view without seeing ugly rooftops ahead of you. You see the lake side greenery and path leads to the lake-side walk, making a stroll to the town centre truly relaxing.
The washer and dryer are next to the bedroom door and the vibration rattles the doors affecting your sleep. Don't use these during the night. Do it when you are going out.

this place was amazing! We loved that it had such great views right from the living room as well as the two bedrooms!It was also in walking distance from town and other dinning spots. It was a nice quiet location away from the crowds down town. It also has amazing outdoor areas to enjoy which is something we really look for when traveling. everything was very comfortable. Also Sue was very helpful with places to see and where to get good food. She was very friendly.

We like everything about the apartment, great views, a lot of space and privacy. We also got complimentary late check out at 11am what was really nice :)
Be careful with parking if you’re bringing a bigger car, it’s a little tight. Also some kitchen equipment like pans should be replaced, apart from that it was perfect :)
