The staff were wonderful. The apartment was spacious and warm. The tennis court, spa, sauna etc were all fabulous.

Great features. Spacious rooms. Nice carpet and kitchen benches. Fully functional kitchen with microwave and large oven. We were able to fit a Kia carnival into the garage. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to make use of the outdoor pool. There is a gym, sauna and table tennis table. Thankfully there was a washing machine and dryer that included a sachet of powder to use. All in all a great stay with great views of the snow capped mountains when looking out over the balcony.
I was looking forward to using the spa bath in the room but unfortunately I couldn't find a plug so I couldn't use it and the kitchen one doesn't fit.
The previous guests put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher on a fast cycle. I found the dishes when I went looking for missing cutlery. Unfortunately I then had to re-wash the dishes as they weren't cleaned well enough.

We were in the 2 bedroom apartment which are all downstairs properties (below 3 bedroom ones). There was a fair bit of noise from upstairs- kids running across the floors. Water running in the bathroom. Normal things that people do but there perhaps isnβt much sound insulation between upstairs/downstairs.
Parking at our property was poor. The upstairs property occupants parked their vehicle in front of our garage (instead of their own) one night in such a way that we could barely get to our front door.
We had to park our vehicle down the hill and drag our cases to the door as we couldnβt get near the property as all of the other spaces were taken. It would have been good to have had a marked space outside of each property so that occupants have 1 space each.
Horizontal window blinds did not reach the bottom do the window frame in the master bedroom (window above the bed) and part of one of the slats was broken. Consequently the morning light woke us early. The floor to ceiling window blind in the 2nd bedroom also didnβt reach the bottom of the frame so again didnβt properly block out light.
The property was fairly dusty - shelving in bathrooms and blinds.
Lack of air conditioning or fans. Coming from the UK we struggled with the heat (even though it was only early summer). We had to close windows and patio doors to stop flies coming in.

The only slightly annoying thing was I noticed the other reviews said there was no air con and it wasnβt listed either so I emailed about it to check and brought fans cos it was hot. But then the apartment had a heat pump with cooling option anyway which we werenβt informed. So the fans were a waste of money.

Poor organization & communication about the cot. Despite my confirmation a week prior of needing a cot it was not available which is dangerous.
The property was poorly maintained.
The door to kitchen didnβt close properly. The lights outside went straight into master bedroom at night. The door to balcony was broken. The wind kept blowing the door open. There was no free to air tv. The kitchen cupboards were broken.
The staff were dismissive of our requests for support for broken door and cot as requested.

we were a little early and the lovely Receptionist swapped us to another room that was ready. Also let us check out a little later.
if I'm nitpicking there were a couple of things that could have been a little cleaner .. the cutlery drawer had crumbs in it, and the outside table was a bit dusty..
