The location of the hotel was very good, close to the main square.

It was very clairaudient and accordingly very loud. The hotel is located next to a party hostel where loud music is played every evening. The WiFi was really bad.

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

No place to sit in the room besides the bed. I had viewed rooms with a table/desk but that was not available on the first floor.

Location was great, close to main old town attractions . Comfy bed easy to get sleep at night. Easy checkout process at 5am.

WiFi was a bit unstable going in and out most days. The cable TV wasn't working at all the first day. A bit noisy with other guests hanging out in common areas and speaking loudly. The hotel is a family business, so their kids are running around in the afternoon.

Location was great. Staff was friendly.

Noisy at night, I believe there was a hostel nearby that was responsible for the loud music and singing. It was also noisy in the morning (6 am) from kitchen and young children. Breakfast was meager; tea, one egg, and bread.

Clean, good location with walking distance to most of attractions in the city. Most of the staff do not speak English but they are helpful and do try their best to help most of the time. The property helped store my luggage when i was on the canyon tour.

Breakfast could have been a little more generous. During my stay - there was only 1 small glass of juice and 1 egg, small serving of jam+butter and bread plus coffee/tea. I stayed in the single room - it was small with limited space to move around and hardly any spare to open up the luggage for packing. If you like a little more space, i would suggest going for double room.
