The apartment was nice and clean, the location was also great, very close to the beach.

Unfortunately the service was very bad. The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. When room service came to clean, we threw the towels on the floor, only after then they said that they change the towels every 3 days and so we didn't get any new towels. Our towels were messy and dirty. So we explained the situation at the reception and asked very polite if we could get new towels. First they promised us that the service would bring us the new ones. We waited like 3 hours and after then we called at the reception and asked again, after then they told us that we had to pay for the towels, but they didn't know how to charge us for the towels. After 3 hours we had 2 towels for 2.50 euros. We were all very annoyed. Although one of us had a little accident on the beach and we asked for the first aid kit, first they told us that they do not have any but later they told us that they have one but it is empty. The staff was really ignorant and cynical.

Location excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach. People have mentioned ‘very steep’ steps - we didn’t find them very steep at all. Also plenty of restaurants, shops & supermarket within easy reach. I am totally confused by all of the reviews saying Clube Maria Luisa is at the bottom of a long hill! You barely notice it is a hill onto the main road of bars/restaurants. People also mentioned staff being rude - everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Lovely quiet, family friendly resort. 2 bed apartments immaculate. Great pool area and beach access is unbeatable.

Kitchen facilities limited - just a hob and microwave and one small cupboard to keep any food in so don’t think you could do fully self-catered. Not enough storage/hooks to hang things on in rooms. Mirrors in bedrooms would be useful. Cleaning service hit & miss - turned up at 5ish twice - not a convenient time. Missed us totally on our last night.

I loved the peace and quiet, the pool and grounds were fabulous and loads of room around the pool area. The staff were lovely "especially Katia" they were very accomadating to our family needs and looked after us very well. We had a two bed family room with small balcony beside the kiddie pool, it was amazing.

Inside the pool was quite dirty with lots of small insects and needed to be cleaned,im sure it's done weekly but maybe in busier seasons it could be done more often.

The location of the Appartement was perfekt. Just a few meters away from the beautyful beach. Our room was very new and modern.

The gym is terrible. Just old equipment that does not work. Unfortanetly several employees were unfriendly and they were annoyed when we asked them something. They did not say 'hello' or 'bye'.

The location was great! Right next to the beach, although it should be noted that there are 122 (yes, I counted) stairs to climb back up from the beach. Short 10 minute walk to a small grocery store and a few restaurants. Good AC. Pools were nice and clean with plenty of sun loungers.

The staff was not friendly or willing to help with tourist information at all. When we tried to buy breakfast, we were told they weren't serving on Monday? No notice anywhere. One of our rooms was not clean upon arrival; they had to move us to another room since trash and used towels were still in room. Another room had ants and they said they couldn't do anything about it. The room upstairs is extremely dated; furniture needs an upgrade. The shower head was old and kept falling off the holder. We just gave up and left it on the bottom of the tub. Body wash dispensers were empty.

Rude staff. Reception staff were very rude and unhelpful. The cleaning staff were slightly better but done a bad job of cleaning the room. Excelent location. Some stairs away from the beach. We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment, clean look and had everything we needed.

The staff is not very welcoming. A bit rude. The room cleaning is done very late ( our room was cleaned around 5pm and they didn’t changed the floor mat in the bathroom and the floor was not cleaned properly. The pool opens at 7am but at 9am we had to clean it to take the ? and mosquitos that fell the previous night

Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work. We arrived back at midnight to a very hot apartment with nobody to contact. A portable unit was provided the next day (between 3 rooms) which did help but was noisy.

Well, don’t even know where to start. This was there first time we travelled as a family after having a baby. Photos look much better than a real life. We we’re preparing baby formula in the kitchen and realized following morning there are ANTS all over the kitchen. Literally everywhere. Went to Local intermarche to get ant killer Breakfast is a joke ? £12 and you need to pay for coffee extra ? cappuccino is made from milk heated up in microwave. Air con DOESN’T WORK! Not worth a price. The only pro Is walking distance to the beach.

The location is perfect if you look for a quiet place but want to be close to the beach(es), restaurants, shops (including a small local market). The hotel was recently refurbished so it was very clean and the cleaning service was also great. The room was spacious for a family of 4, kitchen well equipped for breakfast or small meals. I would definitely come back, we had a fantastic stay.

Coffee machine in the room could have been upgraded to a capsule machine or, I would be very happy to pay for a nice coffee in the reception (but unfortunately the coffee there wasn't great).

Compact and clean air-conditioned apartment with everything my daughter and I needed for a short break. Balcony overlooked the well maintained pool area which had clean and comfortable loungers. Everything we needed in the small kitchen; smart TV in the lounge; comfortable beds; very peaceful environment. A short walk to the small, clean, secluded Maria Luisa beach. We didn't have a cooked breakfast, so can't comment on the quality; but the rest of the options were fine, and frequently replenished.

Apartment information received prior to stay indicated we would have a balcony and terrace. We had a small balcony. Adequate for the needs of two of us, but would have been a bit cramped for four and impossible for six (apartment had two double rooms and a double sofa bed in lounge).

We didnt bother with breakfast, as the rooms were self contained, lovely little kitchens. Pool was clean and not too cold for time of year. Very close to beach down stepped path. 10 min walk to intermarche to get food. Ubers very good value, we used these a lot to go for dinner or to get shopping.

Beds were clean and seemed to be new but were too hard.

The man in the reception is very good. Considering we just did last minute check in. The location is good very close to the beach.

Sofa bed is not comfy at all. Bathroom smells.

Very well equipped apartment with everything needed for a stay. Really nice pool area and reception. Easy to get to the nearby beach and the town is only a short walk away.

Noise travelled quite a bit from the outside apartments and corridors.

Great location. Beach very close. Superb 2 bed family room with own rooftop area lovely views I asked for Valentine’s Day package which was superb as when we arrived in room we had love hearts everywhere a delicious cake and some sparkling wine and many beautiful balloons all for €35 !

A small point or two - maybe somewhere to drain cutlery / utensils etc once washed in sink and also lack of hooks to hang things in bathroom and on doors

Location and property setting, walking distance to the beach. Beach access set with steps .

Website offers year round swimming pools, unfortunately swimming is not heated. Water is cold in spring months even the weather is warm . We were not able to enjoy swimming pools. And some problems with fire alarm was address by management.

The Gym was an utter joke. Most of the equipment was broken or some obsolette that you could do your self an injury using it. There is effect was no gym at this resort.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach and super close to convenient amenities like supermarkets and shops. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay: warm, friendly, and always ready to help. We even left something behind in the room after we checked out, and they were incredibly kind and efficient in helping us get it back overseas. Truly impressive service. Highly recommended!

Although it seems an old hotel seems tha all rooms have been renovated. Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious bathroom and a cute little balcony. So peaceful and kid friendly.

Needs hooks for the toilet paper and towels in the bathroom.

It's located near a path to the beach. The facility was clean and met our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed sheets had waayyyy too much starch. It was like sleeping between paper sheets. It crunched every time I moved and not comfy.

Overall good experience, We have issue in our room with boiler leaking and staff is quick in changing our room as there is risk of short circuit. Snooker experience was good. Kid loved it Staff is very Polite and good. We came in early and they oblige with early check in and also kept out luggage in cloak room till we visited Beach. Very close to beach and that is one of the very quiet and best beaches . Would love to be back here Only other feedback was Less options on Breakfast Menu and Pool is not that clean. Also they have Dart but that is non functional. They also charged for Pool towels which i find very unusual
