The property was very clean and very well looking. The staff was very friendly as we were welcomed with champagne. We even got a free upgrade!
The room was spacious and we had a nice view over the pool. All was very clean which we value.
We only stay one night so I don’t know if the restaurant was any good. The breakfast was good!
The room was quite hot, but that’s no problem for us. Everything was perfect!

- Helpful and very friendly staff.
- Excellent food and facilities.
- Great location.
Only thing i didn't like was the non soundproof bedroom windows, maybe we were just unlucky since we only stayed for 1 day but it was annoying to hear the entire night animals crying/shouting from outside. (Still a 9/10, the hotel is amazing ;))

Breakfast, Staff, and cleanliness were exceptional!
Very nice people working hard there.
Very far from the beach and was not easy to access. Shuttle only goes a couple times per day.
AC in the rooms hardly works - can’t leave any blinds open or the room cooks you.
The bar was a scam as they hardly put any alcohol in their drinks.
$20 deposit in cash for beach towels is honestly comical.

The reception was amazing decorated and well kept and this immediately impressed us. The staff were delightful, everyone from the bar to the reception were so friendly - probably the best we've experienced at a hotel before. Breakfast was great - good selection of hot and cold options, along with deserts. Pool was a great size and has a deep end too. We got spa treatments that were very reasonable in price and we enjoyed them. Room was upgraded for us which was even more special - would 100% stay here again. Honourable mention to Tito who assisted us in the beginning - he's a great guy!

1. Location: Falesia Beach is close to the hotel. Also, quite a few restaurants and groceries nearby.
2. Spacious room: We had a room with a bed and sofa, which divided the room into two zones, making it more than just a place to sleep.
3. Pools: The outside pool wasn't overcrowded, with an optimal number of people. Some days there was also live music. The inside one was almost empty, so you could feel like it’s private.
4. Cleaning
1. Employees trying to make jokes was irritating. Maybe it's oriented towards some guests, but I didn't share it.
2. Deposit for the towels: Are you kidding me? I paid 300€ per night, and you're asking me to leave a 20€ deposit and sign a paper for 2 towels?
3. TV: The TV isn't smart, and no HDMI was provided. We couldn't expect the TV in front of the bed to not be smart. That's very inconvenient because we couldn't watch our stuff. When I came down to the reception and asked for an HDMI cable, I was told "it's often requested, but we don't have it and can't help you". Guys, just buy a bunch, and the problem is solved.
4. Breakfasts. Could be more varied.
5. Transfer to the beach: When we checked in, we were told there is a transfer to the beach. The next day when we came up for that, we were told there is no transfer on Mondays. As it's a resort, please provide it every day or just don't provide it at all, as the beach is really nearby.
6. No lotion provided in rooms: I had never used it before in hotels, although it's usually provided. This time I got sunburned, and it could have really saved my skin for the first time. But it wasn't provided. Quite strange, considering it's a holiday area.

The friendliness of the staff, better than any hotel we've stayed in around the world, this was our third stay here and since 2019 alot of the staff are the same giving off vibes it's a very good hotel to work for so happy staff.
The food selection is unbelievable even the fussiest of eaters will find something they like, from local Portuguese cuisine to world cuisines, with speciality cooking each evening also.
Live entertainment each night, various musicians and bands, two that stood out in particular were D-string and Diogo, gave of good vibes and were good at connecting with the audicancem
The rooms are spotless and massive, we got upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival and honestly there are flats in London half the size of them, can't describe the amount of space in them.
Their phase 1 renovations to the outside and bar area have taken it to a new level aswell, cocktails all remain amazing and giving the bar a up to date modern vibe to take the hotel far into the future.
Shuttle bus is available to local towns for a small fee and multiple times a day to the beach, which is free of charge. Although you can walk to the beach which is a nice walk and only takes 15mins at a slow pace, ask at reception the way and they will draw you the route on a map and talk you through the route.
No complaints at all.

All of the staff are very attentive and polite. The Hotel kindly gave my partner a card and bottle of wine for his special birthday which was lovely to come back at the end of the day. We would definitely stay again.

In a quiet location with lovely gardens, the hotel is very peaceful
Nothing. Perhaps the indoor pool & jacuzzi is a little dated but this didn’t detract from us enjoying it.

We experienced the best of Portuguese hospitality and warmth. Everyone from reception to housekeeping, the restaurant staff, waiters, concierge, the chefs were incredibly polite, accommodating and happy. Food was excellent, great variety and quality. The garden and pool area were immaculately clean and well maintained.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The lifts need some proper maintenance. It worked when it wanted to work and can only take two people at a time.

Clean modern hotel. Food and facilities very good. However their best asset is definitely the staff. They were all pleasant and genuinely helpful. Thank you.
No changing rooms in indoor pool area.

Food was excellent. Although it is a buffet style it is like eating in a restaurant. Staff were excellent.
Lots of lovely comfortable spaces all around the hotel to sit.
We stayed in a junior suite and it was fantastic.
Would definitely recommend.
The indoor pool was amazing but the jacuzzi and steam room could do with a little upgrade.

Lovely atmosphere, staff attentive without being overbearing. Spotlessly clean, food delicious.
Quiet in April, which suited us, a perfect few nights away from busy life.

The atmosphere was upscale but relaxed. The restaurant and staff were great. If you want to relax, book a spa treatment!

Our room was huge (as advertised) and had a balcony with a quiet view of the hills in the distance. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and rain shower were great. The breakfast buffet was enormous and delicious. We had a car and there was no charge for parking. Falesia Hotel was a great central location to explore the Algarve coast - both east and west.
