Very close to the town and beach, good pool that was never too busy, well equipped kitchen and friendly staff. The common areas were nice and there was good outdoor furniture. The bedrooms were big and beds were ok. Pool towels were provided which was handy. There was convenient parking right in front of our apartment complex.
Overall very shabby, especially the bathrooms. It was clean but not to an amazing level and we had to chase a huge cockroach out of the hallway, and there were some sort of bugs on the shower curtains. The bathrooms really need an update. The showers in both bathrooms were broken and trickled out, tiles were cracked and it all just looked really grubby. The rest of the apartment was fine.

We felt secure with the gate to the street requiring a passcode to come back into the resort. Pool was large, and had no issues finding chairs for our afternoon swim.

The apartment is spacious with 2 bathrooms. There were plenty of cups and plates and other essentials needed in the kitchen.
Cleaners washed our floor and changed bedding and towels whilst there.
There was a bottle of water and some toilet rolls already there everything else you needed to buy but we knew this when booking and the same as any other apartment you would book..
Although the block we were in was full, we always managed to get sunbed. The pool was just the right size and even had a little baby pool.
Yes, it's at the top of a hill, but you do get used to the short walk up after a few days. It's really close to everything and plenty of shops and restaurants and the beach within a short walk. Also far enough away from the noise of the bars and resturants..
1st time here, but we loved it so much that we have booked again for next year.
We did the board walk with amazing views, this was only a short distance from the apartments.

The property itself was lovely and clean and spacious and close to the restaurants and beach.
Unfortunately, we paid for a sea-view room but the sea-view was quite poor. You could only really see the sea if you were stood up and leaning to the left of the balcony. The main view was blocked by bushes which was a shame. We stayed at Monte Dourado before and had the most amazing sea view which is why we paid for a sea-view again but this time it was no where near as good. It would put me off from paying for a sea-view at this place again.

Fantastic location to visit Carvoeiro. And the space of the apartment is incredible enough but still cozy. With the wonderful view from the balcony. The kitchen is well organized,we cooked every night for our dinner. Also easy to park our car close by the apartment for free. The service and the price of four nights are satisfied.

Great complex. Beautiful apartment. Very clean and everything was functional. The bedrooms were nice with good mattresses. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern, functional and spacious. I was traveling alone and it was more space than I needed. It would be ideal for families. Great value for so much space.
I chose this area due to its proximity to the 7 Hanging Valley trail, but it would be great for beachgoers. The town feels small and quaint but had everything I needed. This property is walking distance to the main streets, beach and grocery store.
I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

We were lucky to get an apartment on the first floor just by the pool. The apartments are big with two bathrooms and lovely decorated. All facilities you need.
The cleaners came in the evening, while we were showering and getting ready for the night. We would’ve preferred if they came earlier during the day. Also we would’ve loved to have some cleaning supplies available in the apartment so we could clean the floors and not having to buy dish soap etc.

The property was clean and tidy. It had a lot of kitchen items. The layout was good and spacious. The superior suites had the air con and heaters which were needed especially in February for the colder nights. The outdoor space was really lovely and lots of place to sit and relax with a view into town. The walk into the centre was about 6-8 mins so was an ideal location for walking at night and in the daytime.
There was only one sunbed at this apartment which wasn’t ideal for a family of 4.
The property doors were old and only wood was used to lock and secure the doors. This could do with updating.
The swimming pool should have been heated but was freezing cold.

There is only one tablet for the dishwasher; no regular dish detergent and no laundry detergent for the washer that is included. It’s really inconvenient. I would have prepared if I had known in advance. To go down to the store to buy the detergent during vacation is not a good use of our precious time on this beautiful coastline.

Great property. Wonderful size. You get the entire Villa. Lots of room for family or multiple adults. Great view from our Balcony. They had multiple pools on the property. Quiet and relaxing. Super close to major amenities in the Algarve. Walking distance to downtown and beach. Would definitely stay here again!
We did see some bugs in the villa. Otherwise it was perfect.

The buildings and pools are clean and well appointed off, but there’s some serious problems with this property that need to be addressed. Number one being that there’s a cockroach infestation
There’s a cockroach and infestation and if you have any mobility issues or travelling with kids do not book this place you have to climb up a severely steep hill both up and down is very difficult and then also your apartment may be located on the top floor involving multiple steps by the time you get a stroller or the kids down to the main floor you’re ready for a break In addition we had a cockroach in coast station that we mentioned on day one and there was babies crawling up the walls in the unit. There was nothing that could be done as we didn’t want chemical sprayed in the apartment, but we did read some reviews that mentioned this and didn’t realize it would be an infestation rather than just an occasional visitor.

Amazing location and views. The staff especially dealing with Joao and Esmeralda was a wonderful experience since they go out of their way to help you. I would stay here again.
The particular apartment we were staying whose bathroom with the bathtub could be updated since it had a musty smell.

Amazing property in an excellent location, in a beautiful town. The apartment was huge with an amazing view of the sea. 2 bathrooms, big kitchen with all the pots and pans and refregerator/freezer, comfortable beds, very clean. We'll designed apartment. Loved our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Looked much better compared to the photos advertised. We will definitely plan a longer stay during our summer visit.

Beautiful big apartment with a stunning view of the town and the beach. Very clean and comfortable. I love that there was a washing machine as well. The town itself is lovely, lots of great shops, pubs and restaurants. ❤️??
There was no dish soap, coffee or sugar. Be prepared to bring your own. Not a big deal.
