The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfy. The room was quite simple but clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room overlooked the pool and in the distance a glimpse of the sea. All our food in the fridge froze, so we had to go back to the grocery store, but it was closed. The bathroom light hits you with fluorescent blindness in the middle of the night. Room needs a night light. Breakfast was disappointing; boiled egg and luncheon meat. Coffee maker adds sugar to everything; diabetic’s nightmare.

The hotel is on the hill, but only 300 meter from down twon (near ocean). Room is relate small but the patio give us more room to sit. The bed is confortable. The breakfast has fresh fruit, bread, egg, cake, meat and cheese with all kind drink with nice view. There is a free parking lot inside hotel. We are think rebook if we visit the area again

The place is just 5 minutes walk away from Carvoeiro City Center with other major attractions nearby.
Our room was cleaned almost everday and fresh bottle of water was stocked in the fridge after cleaning, which we appreciated a lot.
We were served decent breakfast every morning with fresh fruits various beverages and omelet on request.
The owners are really kind and always ready to help.

Perfect property for short stay. It’s not far from the Carvoeiro center. Great parking for car.
There was a little bit wet in property, we booked a room, that wasn’t with balcony, like in the groundfloor. We used AC, but it,s not helped for wet and cold floor. There wasn’t view from the window, becouse in front of them, there was a wall.

This is a gem of a hotel - staying there was a highlight of our trip to the Algarve. It is a family run property and everything about it is lovely - I could not recommend it more highly. The location is wonderful and everything is walkable from the hotel.

Wonderful family owned business. The hosts are very nice. Lovely and very clean rooms with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of storage space in the spacious room.
Breakfast was freshly made every day it was a simple but fine offer. A greater choice of local delicious Portuguese hams, cheeses or vegetables would be a great touch. But there were always fresh fruits, tasty pancakes and other sweets available.
Our balcony doors were leaking during the storm. I wish the cleaning personnel would leave us the towels there as we placed them to prevent water from getting into the room. But also we were there in March, I guess storms don't come often there

Very beautiful place, ideally located to access the boardwalk and cliffs. Nice and quiet, breakfast was quite good, the staff were nice. Had some issues with using the keys but it wasn’t difficult, I’m just not used to keys. Also the bathroom smelled a bit but it wasn’t very noticeable. Overall a great stay

In general I liked the property.
The lady owner would do a hell of a noise throwing used plates in the sink, before rinsing and putting them in the dishwasher ( yes, the dishwasher is in the lounge where guests have breakfast). Why she didn’t wait u til 10AM to do that, when breakfast service ends, is everyone’s guess. Also the breakfast was a tad poor, specially the cheese and cold meats.

Breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly and polite, rooms were cleaned daily, parking was on premises and always available, short walk to many food, drink, and beach options.

I loved everything! The staff was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome and even explained how to reach some of the nearby attractions. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is fantastic and allows you to reach the downtown quickly. Overall, it is great value for the price. The breakfast spread they offered was nice and had a lot of variety.

Location is amazing. Close to the beaches, shops and restaurants ( all walking distance). Villa is located one block away from busy street so it’s very quiet and safe.
Owner is caring and friendly. During our stay, my husband needed medical attention and she provided us medication immediately and assisted with local hospital information. Breakfast was very good too. Highly recommended!

Loved the location. Just a short wall to restaurants and the beach. Lovely pool to cool off. Loved the availability of drinks throughout the day.
Be warned that the walk to town is short but steep as to be expected in Portugal.

Great location, walking distance to everything in Carvoeiro. We were allowed to check in earlier, which was very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, with good air conditioning and a nice patio. We loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Overall, a very nice experience.
There was an intermittent smell of sewer in the bathroom (we were on the first floor). Soundproofing could be better as one could hear neighbours walking, talking, flushing toilets, etc. This did not interfere with enjoyment of our stay.

- very dark room located on the ground floor - the only source of natural light is the glass door at the entrance to the room, the lock of which was damaged and it was impossible to lock it
- no privacy because guests and others walk past seeing inside the room
- very uncomfortable mattress with a rubber/plastic protector on it, which not only makes you sweat, but also squeaks with every movement in bed
- stains on the sheets
- mould in the shower
- very low water pressure in the bathroom sink
