We like to help the environment by hanging up towels in our room to use again. But every day they were taken by the staff, as was the little used large bar of soap EVERY day. Please have a word with your cleaning crews. Thanks!

We stayed x9 nights in this calm, clean, friendly place.
The staff were kind, helpful, friendly (& although their english is fantastic, they loved that we'd learnt just a smattering of Portuguese before we went).
Breakfast was outstanding, inc fresh fruits, cold meats, smoked salmon, cheeses, juices, cereals, granola, yoghurts, eggs, bacon, sausages, many varieties of bread, GF section, diy pancakes and prosecco.
The outdoor pool was unheated but once you're in, it's lovely.
The cascais shuttle driver is awful - he goes far too fast over all the speed bumps, so it's an extremely uncomfortable ride around all the other hotels, and he runs to his own timetable, not the one we were given by the hotel. If he's there fifteen minutes early, he leaves fifteen minutes early. We arrived ten minutes before the collection time and stood in pouring rain, waiting. It was twenty minutes before we rang the hotel who told us to 'just get a taxi!'

Unfortunately our room was not that clean when we arrived. Breakfast was nice, especially the fruits but poor choice of cereals and no fresh items to order except eggs benedict which was an additional €8. Lunch service in the bar was very poor and quite overpriced. There were a lot of little additional charges such as the shuttle bus to the centre and the kids club was also extra plus you needed to buy special socks there for the kids to use the kids club

This was our third stay here and everything was brilliant from the staff to the rooms and the swimming pools. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and are always smiling. The feeling of the hotel was so relaxed, the staff were the best I've ever had, they were all so friendly and helpful and they were easy to talk to. I love the layout of the two hotels and particularly liked the quiet pool by the boutique hotel outside the spa.

Veey comfortable, friendly and welcoming. Hotell was superbly clean and well maintained. Pool area was busy but never felt crowded. Food options were great and tastt. The staff were attentive and very helpful but never overly fussy.
We enjoyed, both the outdoor and indoor pools.
The golf course was also in fantastic condition despite what other reviews have said and well worth a round if you play golf. I play a lot of gokf in scotlabd and the greens were easily as good as premium courses ive played this year. Wish i couldve played it more.
We will definitely stay again and for longer.

Property was very clean and beautiful. We had a family room with balcony. There were bunk beds for the children. With the bunk beds open there wasn’t a lot of room but it was adequate for our family. The king bed was oversized. You could fit the whole family in that bed. One of the kids did sleep with us and we all slept comfortably. There was a continental breakfast that had lots of food and drink options. The buffet dinner wasn’t economical for a family of four at 45€ per person and opted to explore local area cuisine. The property had a range of free and additional charge activities like horseback riding, kids club, and golf range. Golf course was right next door. Although we didn’t partake in these activities, it was nice to have so many options. There were several pools: outdoor pool and heated indoor pool at the main building and one more outdoor at another building on site. Parking is on the street with plenty of space. We would come and go at varying times of the day and still find space. There is a garage for an inexpensive additional charge. The first night, there were personalized toothbrushes engraved with the names of each person staying in the room. The next night we were surprised with champagne and cake for my daughter’s birthday. We didn’t even tell them we were here celebrating her birthday. Upon checking out, we were gifted 2 small boxes of cookies. Little extras like these and attention to details make you feel welcomed and valued. My family enjoyed our stay and the children cannot stop talking about it. They can’t wait to come back. I would definitely stay again for a longer period of time.
Not necessarily things I didn’t like but feel they need mentioning for others. Toiletries were not adequate. No shampoo/conditioner. There was a liquid soap in the shower attached to the wall that was a quarter filled. That wouldn’t be enough for a family of 4. It could have been an all purpose soap for head and body. My hair cannot handle products like that so I travel with my own. My child had a difficult time sleeping on the top bunk bed while my other child slept soundly on the bottom bunk. The bunk beds do make noise when they moved. It wasn’t a deal breaker and she slept fine with us in the huge king bed. There was only 1 wash cloth and 2 bath towels. We requested more towels and an iron. It wasn’t placed in our room when we came back from dinner many several hours later. My husband had to remind them and more bath towels were brought up but the iron was forgotten. Nothing major and could’ve been just miscommunication. The balcony was a little dirty from the neighboring tree and the walls of the balcony area could have used a good power wash.

Food prices in the hotel were ridiculously expensive, eg a normal burger would cost between 20-25 euro. No free water in the room and you need to also pay for coffee capsules. Service staffs at the breakfast were welcoming and great, not much so elsewhere. Pool is too small given the number of guests.

The room was spotless clean, spacious and well decorated, with a nice bathroom including carefully done amenities. The beds were also very comfortable. We have enjoyed the breakfast and dinner there, among with some drinks at the bar. The pool and area around the hotel is lovely, great for a stroll and for enjoying the nature, the birds and animals we have the chance to see. For people which do not play golf, or is willing to start, it is a nice experience to go and try their Driving Range. The staff is also very attentive and nice.
Unfortunately, we had two problems: one, with our drinks. My dry Martini had a spoiled olive, which I believe it was overlooked. Of course the drink has been replaced, but this is not supposed to happen on a 5-star hotel. Second, we have changed hotels for the second night, going to their hotel on the other side of the golf court. Our luggage was delayed several hours, and we could not enter the room as it was expected and told, that the staff would pick our luggage and deliver seamlessly to the other property. Despite the problems, we had an overall pleasant experience and would come back.

Very nice pool outdoors with a beautiful view but indoors pool was a bit “old” as in it needs refreshing.
The hotel is quite far away from the centre so you have to eat at the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel wasn’t too good if 1 dish out of 3 was good. Also, it was very expensive so would have expected more.

An excellent hotel if you are planning to play golf. We do not play golf and book the hotel just to meet old time friends who came from Mauritius to play golf over the following week. Breakfast very good, many options, excellent service.
The hotel external restaurant was very good: good meals and excellent service. Hotel provides a free shuttle to drive you to this restaurant.
You need to be careful when taking a shower; the hand head may spill water all over the place. We could see that the door lateral was already damaged for water exposure over a long time.

Spa and indoor pool seemed lacking for 5 star hotel. Did not like that lawn mowing and leaf blower were used right next to where people are having breakfast.
Simply everything! Since the arrival we were surprised the quality of the hotel and the amazing staff. The hotel is amazing! The kids club offers amazing activities for the children. The spa is something amazing too. We will definitely go back!

Wonderful Stay Experience
I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the brilliant breakfast and the exceptional service from all the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly, which truly enhanced our experience.
We enjoyed everything about our stay, although we did notice that the indoor pool is only accessible to kids from 9:00-11:00 and 15:00-19:00. Aside from that, everything was fantastic!
The reception team was incredibly welcoming, and the manager was outstanding as well. Overall, I give a heartfelt 10/10 to the entire team for their excellent service. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Pros: Extremely nice and helpful staff, good breakfast, right next to driving range and 2min free shuttle to golf course, good green fee price for hotel guests, small but good spa area
Cons: slow/late room service (only came after 3-4pm), not enough storage space in rooms, driving range relatively small and not to standard of other facilities (e.g. short game areas, bunkers), bike storage as described on website does not exist so had to store in room, food at bar is really poor and very overpriced
