Convenient location with good access to city centre and all the main attractions but in a nice quiet street. A very comfortable bed/mattress (despite appearances that it wouldn't ba as mattress seemed very thin). Air conditioning/room temperature was also very effective. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.
The decoration was tired and in need of replacement. The window needed cleaning. Also, I didn't realise that the window was tinted so no one could see in. As a result and owing to the lack of any nets and therefore privacy as the room was directly overlooked, I kept the curtain closed the whole time.
The lifts were quite slow.

Easy to find, very pleasant and helpful staff, nice breakfast room and good selection for breakfast.
The cover for the main power panel in the room was on the floor, propped against the wall.
The washbasin tap was not solidly fixed to the base and moved around with use.
The toilet seat was only fixed on 1 side.
There were tiny ants in the bathroom and in the room, visible on the furniture.

The hotel is great, very modern, light and comfortable, placed right in the center of Faro, in the walking distance from the bus and railway station. What I especially liked is the personnel and the manager who are very friendly, kind and helpful. They arranged a perfect room for me following all of the requirements I mentioned, as well as helped me to solve a peculiar situation regarding my booking. I really appreciate their help a lot, sending warm greetings to them all ❤️?

Very basic accommodations but all I needed was a bed for the night. The staff was helpful, arranged an airport cb and let me stow my suitcase until check in. The location was great, near the restaurants and attractions of Old Town Faro. The price was great for my end of vacation budget!
Check in at 4 seemed late but I was happy to leave my bag at reception and walk around town for a while. I didn't use the shower as it looked a bit leaky and maybe not too clean....

location, breakfast included
There was no bottled water in the room on arrival, although we were told at the Front Desk that there would be. We went back down to the Front Desk and the clerk gave us two bottles of water. The worst part was that the air conditioning kept dripping after running for a while. I put a trash can underneath which prevented a flood but made a loud noise. As a result I got very little sleep. We would have asked for a different room but we arrived after midnight after a long trip and did not have the energy.
