The whole place is well taken care of, the buildings are quite new. The pool is a great addition and so are other things they offer on-site (tennis court etc). The place is easily accessible by foot or car. The balconies are nice.

The place would greatly improve if they had renewed their rooms and added a few amenities (hand soap, detergent and washing sponge etc)

We had a fabulous stay at this property!! We hired a car which made it easier to get around but most places were about a 20 minute walk away! The pool bar was good value for money! No need to queue for sun beds! All very good!

I loved the pool, it is so big, clean and well-maintained. Having sunloungers around on the grass was so relaxing. The size of the apartment was great and I had 100s of TV channels. The size of the balcony was incredible too - plenty of space for breakfast, drying clothes and the sun lounger. The kitchen was well-kitted out, the L-shaped couch was comfy.
The rooms are a bit outdated. There was a musky smell. The beds were very hard, the couch was more comfortable to sleep on. The amazing pool and balcony made up for it. Location wise it is at the top of a hill, so its a bit of a walk to the supermarket and marina.

The apartment lacked the real basic cleaning equipment, for example dishcloth, dish brush, washing-up liquid, etc.

No hairdryer which you would expect in any apartment or hotel room.
No kettle so had to use a pot on the stove to boil water for tea. Also cups for coffee tea are tiny so had to buy some mugs. No cleaning equipment to tidy up. A simple dustpan and brush would be good and some washing up liquid and a cloth for the dishes. ( we bought our own)
Beds hard and pillows pretty bad. Very uncomfortable for sleeping. If I was to return again I would bring a kettle , hairdryer and a pillow.

Our stay was comfortable, the place had a very large balcony, pool and comfortable beds for us to use. The staff were also very friendly. Lots of room as well.
We weren't given any dishwashing liquid, scrub brush or any other cleaning utilities. This made it difficult to cook at the place as we weren't able to clean effectively. It would be great if this place provided the basic cleaning utilities for guest to use - especially if they are staying longer than a day
There also wasn't any WIFI available for us to use, which we didn't expect. They had run out of routers. Unfortunately we were relying on the WIFI being part of our stay so were a little annoyed when it wasn't available to us.

I travelled with a 3 year old and the check-in process was easy. That was the only highlight. We were checked into an apartment without any heating , no water, no hot water. We waited for 5 hours in cold as we travelled on the last week of December. We were made to wait for several hours in cold and made to run across several other Appartements without any proper Facility. All the other apartments also did not have water or heating facility. We reached out to Booking.com for immediate assistance but they did not help us with any other alternative and asked us to just wait the night out. We slept in cold, had no running waters and vacated the place first thing in the morning. Throughout this horific incident, there was no support from Vitasol Park management nor Booking.com. Never ever stay at this place !!!!

Location was exactly what we wanted.
The apartment was freezing cold and the heating didn’t work. I did report it to reception who said they would get someone to look at it- I’m sure that this happened but sadly not during our stay.
We had to use our shower gel to wash up after cooking as nothing was supplied and I don’t see why we should buy items to clean a rented apartment.

We arrived at 6pm and were still able to pick up the keys via the security gate, which was so nice and easy after a long day of driving.
The view from the balcony is fantastic!
The resort has so much grass, and lots of dogs. The resort is split up into separate building 'blocks', at 2 stories high maximum and each is surrounded by lawns, so although we were on the top level, I could easily take my dog down to the grass for a wee.
I was sleeping on the fold out couch and couldn't find a doona/duvet. There were 2 blankets in the wardrobe but they absolutely stank of animal smell, I couldn't use either one of them. As we had a late check-in, reception wasn't open. To keep warm, I had to borrow my Dad's jumper to sleep in. On departure, I left them on the floor with all the other bedding/linen to be washed, so hopefully they get cleaned/replaced ASAP and a proper doona/duvet is supplied. I'm not sure why someone would use them for their pets, please bring your own dogs bed and bedding like the rest of us considerate folk do.

It’s my third time at Vita Sol - I love the space, security, pool etc-
We arrived at 12 midnight on the 15th June - the front door of the apartment wouldn’t lock - one of the sliding doors also didn’t lock -

The pool and its surroundings were the only positive thing.
Apartment was quite poor. The sofa bed was dreadful - this should never be listed as an apartment for 4 people.
The table and chairs on the terrace/balcony were so bad, the cheapest plastic type.
The hot water system simple does not allow 4 people to have 4 quick warm showers. The walk to the beach is not easy as the apartment is at the top of a reasonable elevation.

The pool snack bar is good and well-priced. It is clean around the pool and well-maintained. Access to the sun beds was never a problem.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is very well located to the nearby port area as long as you don't mind a walk up the hill on the way home.
The reception was closed for an hour when we arrived. This was not an issue, however the staff had not returned when it stated the reception should have been open again. Waited for 30 minutes before giving up and coming back later.
The pool rules seemed a little bit over the top. The rules appear to only apply to some people and at some times.

We have stayed at Marina park previously. This flat was considerably more expensive, smaller, without private parking and limited in the facilities. The beds are awful, very hard, so we had to use blankets and arrange duvets from family living in the area to make the beds suitable for sleeping for ourselves and two children. Not sure the oven worked properly either. The bedroom with two single beds, suffered with no working lights, other than a small lamp.

It was a handy location for what we required. Check in was simple enough. A desk at the entrance, no queues and easy instructions on how to find the apartment. Great secure parking, even for a tall vehicle with a designated parking space. Above 2.2 metres. Loved that it was pet friendly and walkable to a dog friendly beach.
Very dated but still comfortable. A basic but comfortable enough accommodation. Not complaining, it was fine and it was clean but we would suggest having a wifi password enclosed in the check in document or on show in the apartment somewhere (we could have missed it) and maybe updating the bed linen to a more current standard for a little more comfort which for a small cost could possibly make all the difference for a lot of visitors.

- A small supermarket just outside, which contains all basic stuff.
- Parking space in the garage is really small. I found it extremely difficult to park my 7-seater car. However, you can park it outside.
- We were two families and I booked 2 apartments. But we got apartments which where far away from each other (in 2 different buildings).
- There is no free Wifi. You have to pay 6€ per day additional for Wifi

Spacious and clean, nice terrace, very comfortable and convenient.
Had to pay extra for Wi-Fi. And there’s no dish soap provided nor hand soap in the kitchen or the bathroom. All dogs are supposed to be on leashes and many people have their dogs off leash.

We arrived very late - the security person handed keys and made sure to explain about parking etc.
The best part of this accomodation are - accessable pool and sunbath area with launges as well as tennis court!
Appartment lacked decorations or smt.- felt very busines.
No free and fast internet.

Spacious living room with comfortable sofa; spacious balcony with nice outdoor furniture and underground parking. Quiet area.
Grounds around buildings not well kept. On the rules it states you must wash dishes upon checkout but no dish soap is provided. Check-in 4pm and check-out 10am which prompts most people to pay 50% of daily rate in order to extend hours.
