The hotel was in a fabulous spot in the middle of everything. It was very clean with very comfortable rooms. I also liked the restaurant included with the hotel . There were just little things I thought the hotel should’ve had. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, you needed to have coin euros to get anything out of the vending machine. But overall, I would stay there again.

We arrived extremely early (9 hrs before check-in time) but the staff is great and they eventually managed to let us check in a couple of hours early which was a life saver. The room was larger, nicer, better appointed, cleaner and more comfortable than we expected from the price or the online info. Meanwhile we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and went sightseeing.
I can't think of anything to criticize or even anything that could have been better. The included breakfast was wonderful, the location could not be better... it's close to transport of every kind, near theatres, sightseeing spots, the staff is gracious, accommodating and well informed. The room was utterly silent, and very cozy. This is not a luxury hotel, but it's great for an average traveler, attractive, stylish, clean, comfortable. There was nothing (other than the weather unfortunately) to complain about. And they even provided an umbrella for the abundant raining.

The location is perfect for visitors who are looking for old downtown areas. The facility in the room is quite comfortable. I love their breakfast. There are many choices, including fresh fruits and salad.
They might need to check the sealing of the glasses in the bathroom because after taking a shower, there is water on the floor. Also, they need to check the status of the tiles of the floor in the bathroom.

Location is hard to beat - centre to everything (restaurants, metro, points of interest, hop-on-hop-off). Especially liked comfortable bed and a coffee machine in the room. Our room (120) was very quiet (which cannot be said about all of the rooms). While the highlight of the hotel was the friendly, happy-looking, and helpful staff - they are doing a great job!
The room layout had some privacy issues: the transparent shower door is positioned directly opposite the room entrance, which means the shower is fully visible when the door to the room opens. The toilet door also leaves a noticeable gap of 10 centimetres (not broken, but a a design flaw where the sliding door is shorter than the doorway).

The room(207) was very spacious and looked out the back of the building so it was very quiet. The breakfast had a good variety of items. The location was excellent for walking down to the water or going to the train station. The staff was very helpful in explaining places to see and how to get to them.
The only slight inconvenience was that during the week a taxi could not drive to the front of the hotel because it was on a pedestrian street. We had to walk, perhaps 100 m to get to the hotel, which was no problem as long as it wasn’t raining.

As far as I can tell there is no sign with hotel name only initials on the door or on canopy. In poor weather not easy to spot the location.

Hotel is located next to theatres, music was on loop with one of them, into the evening. Late night revellers noisy at times as location is a thoroughfare to restaurants & bars. Would have liked the option to pay a bit extra hire a kettle in the standard room (only for superior rooms at the moment).

Central location in downtown Lisbon. Easy walk to attractions and public transport for getting around the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast and on site restaurant for dinner if you didn’t want to go out after a ling day of sightseeing

Check in process was amazing. The gentleman on the front desk was friendly and helpful, even walked us to the lift. Any questions were fully answered with ease and knowledge.
Even though it was noisy outside the soundproofing was great we had a good nights sleep.
Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.
Perfect location.
Would stay again.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Older hotel that needs updating, especially the carpeting. The room had a strong chemical smell after it was cleaned.
