A few minutes away from Rossio station and very close to the touristy areas in the city center by foot. There were always front desk staff and they were friendly.
The curtain in the bathroom was translucent and it would have been visible from outside especially at night because the room was facing buildings so close. So we had to turn off the light in the bathroom when we were using the shower room (there was another light in the shower room, but there was no door between the shower and the bathroom. Also, since the hotel was on a relatively busy street with restaurants, it was a bit noisy at night and early morning.

This hotel is very centrally located, at walking distance to all the highlights, and with the main train station and two subway stations just around the corner. The interior is very modern, and the windows are soundproof. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing really, the price was a bit high but that's what you pay for this location I guess.
