Great room in a super convenient location making it easy to walk almost everywhere. We didn’t get to try breakfast because we had a really early morning flight. The staff was wonderful with the exception of the older man at the front desk. We arrived 30 minutes before check in, so he just grunted for us to put our luggage in the storage room which he said was the first left. It was actually upstairs and down the first hall on the left. He also didn’t bother to give us a key, which was needed, so we had to go back two times before we were able to get our luggage in the storage leaving us 15 minutes until we could check in. We went and had a snack and when we came back there was a nice younger man, who was very kind and helpful

Location witnessed the most intimate part of the ceremony
We checked in at 14:00 planing on getting some rest before going out for the evening. We were disturbs by noise from a room above, hammering drilling banging. I complained to the staff but there could not offer an alternative. There was no apology for this inconvenience but the staff said that the work would stop at 17:00!! The following morning we left the hotel at around 10:00 to get some breakfast we were confronted by chaos with men decorating the corridors. Guests had to navigate through the hotel in total disarray .

It is noisy. The rooms aren’t very sound proof so you can hear other guests if tv is loud. Being central, you get some noise from the street. I highly recommend ear plugs. Our toilet was running and air vent was noisy too.

The only benefit of this hotel was that it was so close to the train station when arriving in Lisbon.
The reception man wasn't welcoming. Then you get to the room and it is NOTHING like the pictures online. They must have done a lot of photoshop editing because these rooms were nothing like the pictures. It felt like a dorm room. The furniture was falling apart. The A/C took forever to get right. There was black mold in the bathroom, and yes, I know it's an old building, but I live in London in an equally old building, and it this was vile. The duvet was left stuffed in the closet with no way of knowing if it was clean or not, so we couldn't use it in the night. We still ended up paying around 120 pounds for the night, so it wasn't like it was an absolute steal. We stayed at an Ibis nearby prior to this stay for much less, and it was a lot more clean and comfortable.

Our room was not as cute or spacious as the pics on the website but I was very appreciative of the three single beds for my group. We had the room near the dining room so heard cups and plates being stacked fairly early each morning. When on vacation we don't stay in the room, so it was sufficient to sleep and shower but our most expensive stay on our two week trip.

This is the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. The extra pillows in the closet had not been cleaned there was makeup on the pillow cases, the blanket was stained & there was marks on the floor from what seemed to be a dirty mop. There was black mold in the shower & there was a weird smell in the room. We asked the front desk if it could be cleaned but there was no staff to clean it, we asked about cancelling but there was no manager on sight. We asked for cleaning products to at least remove the mold & the next day they had a cleaning team come but there was still mold left. They have a one key card per room policy and we had to plead with them for a second card to leave for the electricity so we could have the AC on to ventilate the room from the mold while we were gone.

The room was terrible, very old and old furniture like leftovers from some other room. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The staff were rude and not friendly at all. Regrets staying here!

The location is excellent, especially for the price. The property is clean and I like that the room had a small fridge. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels provided. This property has a lift which is a huge plus. The staff here are kind, welcoming and very helpful.
The pillows are not very comfortable.

The location was wonderful and very convenient walking distance to several attractions and restaurants. The Rossio metro station was just a couple minutes walk across the street, making the city very accessible. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable.
The worst part wasn't the fault of the hotel. There were several people approaching people and asking for money around the hotel, but nothing out of the ordinary for a city of that size.
The room needs extra chairs.needs update room & clean up molds & fix cracks on walls.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything. The building itself is charming, with views over the old town, and the renovated interior is very stylish. The beds are genuinely comfortable with excellent mattresses.
However, our entire experience was ruined by the check-in policy. We arrived early, at 8:00 AM, left our bags, and explored the beautiful city. When we returned at 1:10 PM (just 50 minutes before official check-in), we were exhausted and hoping to freshen up. We only wanted 10-15 minutes to shower and rest before heading back out.
The receptionist flatly refused, telling us we had to wait the full 50 minutes. There is no lobby or waiting area, so we were forced back onto the streets. We ended up spending the entire day wandering around, saw the sunset, listened to Fado, and joined an impromptu concert. It was magical, but we were running on fumes.
We finally got into our room at 11:30 PM. We had paid for a full night but only spent about 5 hours there, as we had a 5:00 AM flight to Madeira. No room upgrade could compensate for that lack of basic hospitality. Lisbon is incredible, but I will never return to this hotel. A simple 30-minute grace period would have changed everything.
