The location is great. Check-in and check out were quick. The single serve coffee machine in the room is great. The filtered water machine in the room is wonderful. The bed is large and comfortable. The walk in shower has plenty of hot water. You just need to let it warm up for a minute. The reception staff were great. They helped print out my cruise luggage tag for me.

Overall, my stay was amazing! The location was so close to Rossio square, which meant that it was close to a lot of the main attractions. There are also great restaurants nearby and is honestly such a central location. The staff were all so friendly from the beginning! They let me store my luggage as I arrived before check in and allowed me to use their washroom to freshen up which I really appreciate. They messaged me before check in time saying that my room was ready and they have also brought my luggage to my room! For the room itself, I was very content! My room faced the palace which is something very memorable. The bed was quite comfortable and water pressure was great. I am so satisfied with my stay that if I ever come back, I would definitely stay here again :)

The hotel has a great location, close to everything, which made getting around very convenient. The interior design of the rooms is modern and pleasant. We also appreciated that the hotel kindly kept our luggage for free until our flight, which was a very nice and helpful gesture.
While the apartment had potential, several issues negatively affected our stay. The main light in the apartment initially flickered and then stopped working completely. The temperature control panel also seemed to be faulty, and the heating was not sufficient to properly warm the apartment. Additionally, the power outlet in the bathroom worked only intermittently.
Sound insulation was quite poor, and we were frequently disturbed by noise from both the street and the hotel corridor, which made it difficult to rest.
Breakfast was acceptable overall but below expectations. We found a hair in the grilled vegetables, which raised concerns about hygiene standards. We informed a staff member about this, but unfortunately the issue was totally ignored.
Additionally, during breakfast I made a small request to a staff member. Although it was acknowledged and agreed to, it was never followed up on, which affected the overall service experience.

We had another wonderful stay at My Story Hotel Tejo in Lisbon. It was our fourth time staying here, and every time we visit Lisbon, this hotel is always our first choice. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, and this time we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, which was absolutely excellent.
The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed. The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and make you feel right at home. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options — even for vegetarians — plus some delicious desserts.
The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short 2‑minute walk to Rossio metro station and Rossio Square, making it perfect for exploring the city.
We truly love staying here and will definitely return again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon.

The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the city centre with a metro station literally at the doorstep. This made getting from airport incredibly easy. Most major attractions were within comfortable walking distance, which was a huge plus.
The breakfast was beautiful, offering a good variety of choices to start the day well. Our room was well-appointed, clean, comfortable. fecilities was the best one we experienced providing everything we needed.
Overall this hotel offers great value for money, primarily due to its unbelievable location and convenience and exellent service. I would happily recommend it to friends and consider staying here again on a future trip to Lisbon

The hotel is exceptional — everything feels so clean, new, and beautifully designed. I really love the decoration and the overall ambiance. It’s also perfectly located in the heart of Lisbon, making it easy to explore most of the city’s main attractions on foot. The surrounding area is very friendly, with plenty of local shops and supermarkets, which makes it especially convenient for tourists.
The only downside was communication with the staff. They are extremely kind and helpful, but sometimes the information you get over the phone doesn’t match what you hear at the reception. For example, I once requested a taxi by phone, but when I went down to the front desk, it hadn’t been arranged. Another time, I was told there would be a lunch buffet, but when I arrived at the restaurant, there wasn’t one. So, communication could be improved — but overall, the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness make up for it.

First of all, the hotel’s location is excellent. If you are planning a tourist trip to Lisbon, you can book your stay here without hesitation. Moreover, the friendly reception staff will welcome you very warmly.
Check-in was around 3:00 PM, but when we arrived at about 11:00 AM, they safely stored our luggage, allowing us to start exploring right away. When we returned to the hotel around 6:00 PM, even though we had booked a standard room, the receptionist told us they had given us a suite and that we would be very satisfied. And we truly were. The room was really beautiful and very clean. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered.

Super central location, walking distance to everything. Clean, comfortable rooms and a really good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
We stayed here for 6 days, and I missed a lobby bar where we could have a drink and read, chill or play a game of cards.

The location is perfect, very close to the city center. Breakfast was satisfying, staff was helpful. Rooms are big and clean. They arranged two rooms for us as a family with one entrance. No disturbing noise around
We stayed on the 5th floor, the attic. The ceilings were inclined, we bumped our heads a few times. Be careful if you stay on the fifth floor.

The hotel is centrally located, and you can easily reach the city center attractions on foot. We got a clean, spacious room with a balcony, overlooking a busy street, with very good soundproof windows. The bed was very comfortable with two types of pillows, and there were also bathrobes and slippers in the package. The staff is nice, the breakfast is very delicious, I wholeheartedly recommend My Story Tejo hotel to everyone who is planning a trip to Lisbon. We would be happy to come back here again.
