The room is cozy and nicely decorated. The standards are high. There is control over all the lighting in the room both from the bed and from the entrance. The breakfast is good. If you book in advance, it is a little cheaper than the price declared in the "Booking". The location is central but the street is very quiet. It is also easy to reach the fado restaurants of Alfama in the evening.
My room on the sixth floor was small. It suited me because I'm traveling alone, but it's worth checking with the hotel staff if there are larger double rooms.

The location is very best, just a few steps from beautiful Praa Comercio, the staff is very nice and helpful (especially Mafalda), breakfast of very good quality, we enjoyed it a lot! The room design was pleasant and bathroom quite big. We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner once and the dish was very tasty, we would recommend it.
The room was a bit small and dark, it was necessary to turn the light on in the mornings. This was a bit weird as it was not possible to turn the light on separately in the bathroom, but only centrally from the room panel. On the other hand, the curtains could be better, they were difficult to manipulate. Also, it was a bit noisy coming both from the patio and from neighbour room.

Location is very central, you can walk to main attractions and Rossio railway station under 1 km away for taking a trip to Sintra for example. I really liked the breakfast, a lot of fruit, variety of cheese and pastries with Nespresso coffee machine. Room was cleaned daily.
The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, sometimes it felt little bit hot in the room and adjusting the temperature didn't work as expected (opening the windows helped as it was chilly outside). Bathroom door isn't solid and lights for bathroom could be operated on light panel.

Hotel located right in the center of Lisbon, few meters away from the Terreiro do Pao in the Baixa district. Literally seconds to bus stops, tram stations, museums. Church is also nearby. Coffee shops, shopping street, restaurants - everything is super close. I was offered room with the view on inner courtyard, but change it upon request for the street view. Room is nice, cozy with free coffee refreshment every day. Good, thick towels, bath kit. I've stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it! Thanks to the personal that cleaned the room very good! People working at the hotel are very nice and helpful!
In some places you see that room is a bit tired. Especially in bathroom. There are many places where something is in mold (like really black mold), or glass have many spots inside of it (like not 1 or to, maybe 20-30) and it looks like dirty. But in reality it's probably defected or something like that. Also there was some damage with bath and "bath stand" (not sute how to call it), but basically I could easily see some tile sticking out.

My bed and pillow were comfortable; I had no back/neck soreness or stiffness The room thermostat was easily adjusted and maintained a comfortable room temperature. The hotel location was perfect for walking to great restaurants, cafes, shops, cathedrals, monuments and more. The river front is just two blocks away, and was fantastic day & night for views, meals, entertainment and people watching.

- My room had a "view" to the ugly internal yard (see photo). It hosted some air conditioning engines (I think), and bad smells (probably, the restaurant kitchen). There was a strong, continuous noise. - The lighting system includes a very "smart" switching board that doesn't allow to keep one bedside lamp on, and the other one off. Also, the bedside lamps are very poor, unpleasant for reading.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. The room is comfortable, it has all things we need. Additionaly lighting system of the room is the most convenient I have ever seen. The breakfast is also very good.
