The hotel crew was really kind and smily. From the the the morning receptionist to the night shift man we have been well received and treated. The room was cleaned everyday.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like something but I would just add some more colors everywhere cause the atmosphere seemed a bit off. The cleaning staff do a great job but be careful in the morning not to speak to loud while some of us still sleep ?

The beds were very comfortable. There was lots of space. It was clean and tidy. We didn't use any of the appliances, so can't comment on them. Staff at the hotel were helpful with information and ordering taxi to airport. Perfect location for sight seeing, and could walk into main city area.
Bedside lamps were not all connected but we managed to find an extension cable. We could lock the front door but other external doors couldn't be locked from inside. We could lower the shutters on the street side so it was safe.
There was lovely terrace which could do with a bit of TLC.

We loved the facilities! The room was comfortable and clean! New towels everyday and the room was cleaned which was much appreciated. Staff was friendly at the front. Not noisy at all.
Our television in our room wasn’t working — the only con during our stay. As well as, it’s on a hill so be prepared for the walk back.

Nothing, the Breakfasts was an appalling mess, with the most pinnikkty dour, miserable old man interfering and tinkering with all in sundry without ever contemplating showing you where anything is, or reproducing any fresh hot food, the Two food warmers had nothing in them, complete waste of Ten euros, trust me avoid.
Oh you know little things like having a termite infestation in my wardrobe,( causing me to have to move rooms), an aircon system that was noisier than the plane I flew in on, or the fact that the wifi didn't work in my original room, a noted fact that's been stipulated by prior guests, they're aware of this by now, but it's not been rectified.

VERY good and cheap hotel for it's quality, very quiet and nice place in less than 15 minutes away from the centre of Porto, every tourist zones are very near to it and the airport is 20 minutes away on taxi. We didn’t actually stay in the hotel, but an annex of apartments adjacent to the hotel. It was a three bedroom condominium, partially furnished big enough for 10 people. There were five of us. The hall light did not stay on so we had to access our door in the dark using our cell phone lights. The accommodations were OK a little bit of wear and tear. The breakfast at the adjacent hotel was good for what we paid we feel we did not get good value, but for a larger group it is probably OK. Two of the staff we worked with were great. The other one was OK.

I was there for work and on nights. Not a word about the building renovations happening next door. So had drilling and grinding from 9-5 all week. They should inform clientele of what is happening on booking.
Also the car park is a joke. Should have a designated spot for the fee you have paid, not take your money and just block everyone in. Had to leave my keys so they could move them around. Not sure how that would work on the insurance if something happened.
Not a bad place to stay but you get what you pay you pay for.

Nice and helpful staff! Great breakfast and coffee machine in the mornings. The coffee machine and tea was also available throughout the day/night. The property is a little further north of the touristy part of town/historic center, which was great because it was quieter at night. However, it’s still within walking distance of all of the shops, restaurants and historical buildings.
The bathroom in my room was a bit small and crammed. There was nowhere to put my toiletries because there was barely any counter space.
