Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, apartment was very spacious and location could have not been better. Having an apartment rather than a hotel room with our kids was very convenient, while still enjoying the hotel amenities. We also got a free late checkout, could store our luggage for most of the day and were able to freshen up prior to our flight at their gym shower facilities (this was hours after we had checked out). Can't recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!

Location was superb, a minute away from the Souq Waqif metro, Gold Souq and Souq Waqif itself. There is an also big supermarket about 10min walk but we didn't manage to go. Mshreib is also walking distance and a station away. Location from metro is good especially in hot weather. We went during the winter season so we walked mostly everywhere thanks to the location of our hotel.

It is not a big deal to me but I was travelling with my parents and the waiting time was not satisfactory for them. I had to wait quite a bit for checking in and the other Arab guests seem to keep cutting in my queue.

Did not like the beds setting for one big bed in each room where we have to pay for 2 extra beds in our 2 appartments. Hotel was not at all flexible in accepting 1 extra bed charge . If 6 beds provided then , we did not have to pay 1200 Riyal

My family and I very much appreciated the effort of their manager Ms. Erin. Our room was upgraded and we get to taste their delicious cake for our mom’s birthday celebration. The staff are accomodating and nice. They even extended our stay for 2 more hours?

1- This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, I faced the same issue with the shower mixer in two different rooms. The water mixer was faulty, with water spilling from everywhere. 2- The room I was given was noticeably different from the photos shown on Booking.com. While I understand that some variations may exist, the differences were significant enough to feel misleading. Accurate representation of rooms is essential for setting the right expectations. To avoid any misunderstandings, I recommend that the hotel provide a detailed floor plan or sketch of each room type along with actual photos. Great in house restaurants and staff was friendly, helpful and eager to please. Would recommend without hesitation! Only one towel supplied only one knife in the kitchen drawer no washing up facilities no tea towels. Windows were filthy. We had to ask four times for extra tea bags.

Hotel suites are a long way from reception and difficult to find your way around.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the heart of Doha, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and genuine hospitality. Every interaction was marked by friendliness and attentiveness, which really set the tone for my stay. One of the greatest advantages of this hotel is its location. Situated right in the middle of Doha, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Souq Waqif, cultural attractions, and many popular dining spots are just a short walk or drive away, making it the perfect base for both leisure and business travellers. Overall, the combination of the hotel’s central location and the outstanding hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

During my recent stay, I found the overall service at the hotel to be slower than expected. While the staff were polite and welcoming, requests such as room service, housekeeping took noticeably longer than they should have. This sometimes made the experience less smooth and a bit frustrating, especially when on a tight schedule. I believe the hotel has potential, and with some improvements in efficiency and response times, it could offer a much better experience for guests.

Excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed with the warm welcome and hospitality of the staff. We can have early checkin. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and a great way to unwind after a busy day. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Five stars!

Dear, Booking.com team I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on 22 November , in room 1110. I selected your hotel as a regular returning guest, and I accepted paying approximately triple the normal price due to the current demand, with the expectation of a comfortable and trouble-free stay. Instead, I was given a room with a damaged air-conditioning unit (compressor). At around 12:00 a.m., I called the reception to complain about the room temperature and the AC performance. Your team sent the engineering/maintenance staff to inspect the unit. They confirmed in my presence that the AC was damaged and not functioning properly. Because of this failure: • The room was uncomfortable and not suitable for rest, especially in Doha’s climate. • I was unable to sleep properly. • I remained in discussion with your reception and engineering team until around 2:00 a.m., instead of resting. For a hotel of your category and reputation, and considering that I paid a premium rate, this situation is absolutely unacceptable. Assigning a loyal, repeat guest a room with a defective AC system shows a serious failure in your quality control and room inspection procedures. In light of the above, I am requesting: 1. A full refund for this night’s stay, or at minimum a significant compensation/refund that reflects the inconvenience and the fact that the room was not fit for purpose. 2. A written explanation of how such a room was released to a guest at a premium rate, and what measures you will implement to ensure other guests do not face the same experience. As someone who has stayed at your hotel multiple times, I hope you understand how disappointing this experience has been. I am expecting a prompt and professional response and resolution to this matter.

Everything was great. From checking in to checking out. Staff was amazing. Thank you Islam for always helping us and also thank you to Amal and rest of the staff. The place is at the heart of the city. It is a few hundred steps from Souq Waqif and also close to corniche. Whenever we requested something, it arrives quickly. They even provided us with an extra bed. Breakfast was very good with variety of choices. Make sure to taste the nice coffee with the delicious dates they serve close to front desk. The person who was serving it was great and

Did not realize that when I did my booking I did not include breakfast (which I usually do). Had to pay at the hotel which is a bit more than when breakfast is included during the booking. Nevertheless, it is my overshight :) and above that, breakfast was amazing.

the room are clean, it was during Ramadan and the restaurant for iftar was great

the facility was under renovation but nowhere during booking it has been mentioned. Also to get out from the parking, you have to call the reception to activate you the parking. if you forget and go to the parking without calling then, we have to go back gain. they should make life easy for people...
