The room had a luxurious feel and was very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was huge. Staff is very friendly, we booked only one hour before arrival and they had our room ready.
The location was ok, the metro station (to the airport) is 10 minutes away if you take the shortcut across the huge parking lot.

The staff was pretty chill.
The hotel emailed me before arrival to confirm my check-in time, which I appreciated, but the execution completely missed the mark. I arrived within the window of time I provided them, only to walk into a room with a broken door key reader, a foul odor, dead TVs, nonworking lamps, red splatter on the furniture and wall, and a fancy bidet that didn’t even function.
When I asked for a new room, the front desk sent someone instead. The tech flipped a few circuit breakers which brought the lights and TVs back, but the bidet still didn’t work. He also insisted the red splatter was “paint,” even though nothing in the room was red.
I stayed because the basics were finally working, but the issues kept coming. On my second night, I bought drinks from the lobby store, went to put them in the mini fridge, and discovered it didn’t work either. Outlet and circuit were fine. The fridge was simply dead.
If this had all happened on night one, I would’ve checked out immediately. With only one night left, I just dealt with it.
Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained, and I spent more time troubleshooting than relaxing. The staff were polite, but that doesn’t make up for a room full of problems. Until this property improves its upkeep and quality control, I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

I like the room. It was big and clean. The receptionist is cheerful and respectful she upgraded us to kingsize room big thanks to her.
My concern is i want a cozy room. The curtains are bit short so when its morning its too bright even if i use the curtains properly. Also the doorbell is not working. I want to put it in a DND mode but the doorbell keeps on putting it in makeup room every minute it keeps on ringing. Its a bit irritating
Also, the toiletries should be in a 2 set. When i check in. I put 2 adults but still the toiletries is for 1 person only. We had to share because its only one. So diasppointed

U guys need to give hair conditioner, body lotion and hair comb, shaving things with seeing kit too like other hotels. Also small washcloth like VIP hotel.
Breakfast is nice but u guys removed cappuccino. It used to be included in the menu. My husband loved it before and now it is just Nescafé with milk.

One of my favorite hotels in Doha , it has simple style yet alive and comfy , I love the rooms there , specious and well organized
The staff is very friendly and helpful specially the receptionist , he is very professional and humble.
Few things even though overall it’s a very positive experience for me , but:
-the TV is not connected which is a big deal for me, I like to always watch movies and they have 0 movie channels
-the view is not the best, I guess that’s not a big issue
-we reserve for a couple but they give single towel and toiletries , still I can request of course but better to provide it without request upon reservation for 2 , and to prepare doubles of everything.

Nothing it is very bad and it should not be called hotel because there is no such thing as hotel quality it’s like renting a crowded dirty home.
Very bad services,not clean, we requested some stuff from the room service such as tooth brush and we didn’t get, also they put one towel since we are two person, they put two water bottles, we need to pay for extra room card. And one of the most important thing is the car park which there isn’t, we need to park on some land which was only sand and rocked under the hot sun.
