I got lost in Doha after a visit to a museum and took a cab to the wrong Premier Inn ,way out in Education city.Perhaps giving out a card with the right address and a local ph. number for taxis would be good , esp. for hapless travellers abroad who have jet lag and brain fog .It could save some drama.Overall Doha, Dubai and Abu Zhabi are fake cities built in the desert in hellishly hot places with new oil money and on the backs of exploited foreign labour. They are a necessary evil for long haul transit stops. Give me a stopover in authentic SE Asia anyday !

Only one mini van shuttle in the morning at 6am. Shuttle was full by 5:45am. Considering many are on morning flights and that many booked this hotel due to proximity to airport, they should seriously consider increasing frequency of this shuttle in the AM.

Was not used to pretty loud daily prayers/singing??? throughout the day from nearby mosque. Definitely was a culture shock. I'm sure I would have gotten used to it if I had stayed longer.

The room was clean and beds quite comfortable. However the breakfast was very limited. We are vegetarians so could not possibly have anything on the breakfast menu as we were told the bread has eggs in it. Luckily we had cooked food that we took from Auckland and we were able to have that during that 1 day stay.
No much variety on the breakfast menu. Also the tour consultant who was downstairs in the lobby quoted us USD for half day tours and his prices were exorbitant. Luckily when we returned from our trip and had 2 days to stay later, we found that it could be done in QR and at reasonable price.

It's a good place to stay for the night when waiting for a transit
The airport shuttle is not good, especially since there is massive gap between 9.30pm and 1.30am, i had to pay extra for taxi as i was out of airport at 10pm and next shuttle was at 1.30am, then i got to the hotel at 10.30pm which meant most my stay was already completed, the checkout was super strict with it requiring me to leave at 1pm

It has been great staying at this hotel. It offers immaculate and spacious rooms, incredibly helpful staff (including reception, room service and luggage assistance) and a high-quality and on-site restaurant open for majority of the day. It is conveniently close to the airport and provides airport shuttles. It is ideal for a transit or short stay hotel (likely also for longer stays). Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel if you have a long layover in Doha! The staff is very nice and helpful, we were able to check in earlier and the location is also very good! The metro station is around a 5 min walk from the hotel and the National Museum is also right next to the hotel so you can easily explore Doha. The room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable and it was clean overall. Also the airport is only a 10 min taxi drive from the hotel which is a very good thing, we were able to get a good rest and then head to the airport a little bit later. We would stay here again once we come back to Qatar! Thank you!
Only negative thing was the smell of smoke! We are both non smokers and the room smelled a lot of cigarette smoke. We even found an ash tray in the room so I think it’s legal to smoke inside the rooms?

The shuttle is on a pretty spread out schedule so you might have to wait a few hours for it or just call an Uber.

I really appreciate the customer service I received when I arrived the Premier Inn. A special shout out to Louis, (I hope I have that spelt correctly) a female attendant who was at the concierge desk and checked me in. She made sure breakfast was packed up for me the next day after I had told her I would be checking out very early in the morning to catch my flight.

One of the reasons I booked the room was for the courtesy airport shuttle but I had to taxi from the airport to the room because of the very limited afternoon/evening schedule. I recommend you include more information about the limited availability of the shuttle on your website.

The shuttle schedule was not convenient. The airport departures were at 4:45pm and 9:45pm, and our flight landed at 5pm, which meant a four hour wait or paying for an Uber. We ended up taking an Uber, and once that cost was added to the total stay, the hotel felt less attractive, especially since it is advertised as offering a free airport shuttle.

If you have a long layover it’s really convenient and way cheaper than staying at the hotels at the airport. It’s also close (5-10min walk) to the National Museum metro (the metro system in doha is exceptional) and the museum itself (15-20min~), so you can hop to many attractions like the Souq Waqif (1 station away).
Room service food was ok and quick too, and there was a special winter free early check in (1pm) service which helped a lot
Note that it’s important to pay attention to the shuttle service hours because there are some big gaps throughout the day.
Room did feel a little older than the photos, and the carpet didn’t feel really clean so some simple hotel slippers would help a lot

The property is not good inside and the bed is tiring for the body. The furniture is old and the interior smells unappealing. The hotel is absolutely not worth visiting, and there are only a few good staff members who understand guest rights. I would like to thank the gentlemen mr. Raaz and mr. lok finally mr. Abdesamed
The operations manager is incompetent and unsuitable for hotel guests. He acts as a guest to the guest He says, "Don't ask us about cigarettes." The employee didn't hold him accountable for hanging up on me; in fact, he supported her. When you ask them about something, they never seem to know what the guest is asking I asked them about the Civil Defense inspection and whether their procedures for booking another hotel take a long time. They replied that it was a simple procedure, but I couldn't sleep for six hours due to the lack of a clear answer and their disregard for guest rights.

I stayed one night at Premier Inn Doha Airport, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well managed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
Special thanks to Mr. Anup Raju (Reception In Charge) and Mr. Anu Aksay (Restaurant In Charge).
They treated me with warm hospitality from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay truly enjoyable.
All the other staff members were also very friendly, supportive, and welcoming. They made me feel more like a valued guest than just a customer.
Overall, Premier Inn Doha Airport is an excellent hotel, and I had an awesome stay. Highly recommended.
There was nothing to dislike. My stay was more than 100% satisfying — the service, staff, and facilities were all excellent.

Nothing, but it’s better than sleeping in the street
The smell of cooking was annoying throughout the hotel starting from 6:00 a.m. The AC was not working in the first room offered to us, and after we complained, we were moved to a second room where the carpet was very dirty and disgusting. It then took more than 1.5 hours to prepare a third room, despite the fact that we were extremely tired
