Very beautiful setup, quiet yard with lots of plants. Kids playground. Nice terrace. Good breakfast.
Distance from parking (we had to park in front of the building, although there is an internal parking as well which was full) to the room was quite big, and needed to go through reception, restaurant, yard, and up on some long stairs. Was quite challenging with lots of luggages and 2 small kids.
The sofa bed and the pillows had no covers, no duvet covers. A hassle you don't want to have when you arrive at 11 PM...
The door to the bathroom was brushing the floor, so it was making quite a bit of noise when opening and closing, a problem during the night.

We had to wait for the check-in so we waited in the restaurant at the pool but we don’t regret it one bit as the food was really good. The garden is very well maintained - flowers everywhere, beautiful decorations and just generally nice environment.
We then checked in and the room was super spacious and very clean. Mattresses were very comfortable, the pillows were soft and we had these old typical furniture that made the whole experience very authentic.
When we were checking in the situation was a bit hectic so some info was missed. We were then slightly disappointed in the evening when we went to have dinner at 21:00 and were told the kitchen closed at 20:30 - make sure to go a bit before that, order your dinner and then you’re free to enjoy the rest of your evening with some Romanian wine :)
Breakfast buffet could benefit from more warm choices (pancakes, waffles, French toast, baked products, etc.)

The location is great, very clean with a huge garden, really well maintained and the icing on the cake were the cats, very cute. The room were we stayed was clean, cosy, with a small balcony and garden view.
Unfortunately, they had inefficient sewage, which made every shower seem like a bath :))
Another thing that we found pretty annoying was the lack of clear rules regarding people's behavior at the pool. Some of them wanted to listen to loud traditional Romanian music, while the rest of us just wanted to relax... however, this is a problem that could be easily solved by imposing some clear rules.

- Mattresses and pillows were 1st class
- Really nice facilities; pool, fitness, sports fields and good playground on the terrain
- Professional and friendly personnel
- Great breakfast
- It seemed we pulled the short end of the stick with regards to our room. As a family of 4 we had no balcony, no airco, the smallest room on our floor and a view of the neighbouring garden... Featuring a hen house and a dog kennel. Unlucky.
With a different room I would've easily given the hotel a 10.

This is my 3rd stay at the property, I really enjoy coming here and would recommend the place. The rooms are very big and conformable. I love all the cats at the property
The only strange thing was that the property did not have a lot of guests for Christmas and the atmosphere was no the same as when I visited in the past

Nice view, large room, many flowers in the garden.
No mosquito nests on the windows, therefore impossible to air the room without having it full of flies and mosquitos.
One large terrace common to many rooms allows smoking, so for us, as no smokers, it was awful to open the window and then have the room full of tobacco smoke, both late in the evening and early in the morning.
Many improvisation in the room - several types of fllooring, wrongly positioned items in the room and bathroom.

We loved the garden, the pool open all the time and that even if it's open to the outside it was never crowded. The room was big, cleaned every day, a bit outdated but ok.
Food at the restaurant too expensive for the quality and taste they offered. However, breakfast was good and also having a restaurant right there it's a big plus.

Great staff, nice breakfast, good location easy drive from Brasov town center.Rooms are verry big and they kept the traditional look, which I liked. What could be improved if you book a double bed you probably will get 2 singles close together(i did)...Some window blinds would be nice aswell kf you decide to skip breakfast..Apart from that decent value for the money depends on the period of year you traveling.Parking always available.I do recommend this place!

Staff and food were excellent. Friendly, and professional.
Food was delicious, room was big and clean.
That I didn't have a longer business trip...
Maybe, maybe maybe, If you want to be picky, the hot water in the shower took a bit to warm up.... But that is not worth mentioning actually

Most of the staff was kind and helpful. The room was very big and clean, tidied up every day. The prices I think were reasonable, especially given that I dined there a couple of times.
Had some problems with the hot water which was not hot enough. One employee stroke as doing the bare minimum to help us. When it snowed I had to ask explicitly that a path be cleaned to my outside building, although other paths were already cleaned.
