The hotel room is a good size though the bathroom a little snug. Random small table and chair to sit at was unusual. Breakfast disappointing - really need to do something about their coffee machine.

A good hotel. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good and there was parking around the hotel. The hotel's parking was reserved for busses, so very few parking spaces were free.
The hotel's staff was impolite and seemed to do us a favour to serve us. At breakfast were two people serving, the woman was very polite but the young man was rude both in his manners and speaking. The cleaning lady in the room didn't even bothered to change the towel for the floor which was soaking wet when we tried to use it in the evening. Furtermore she didn't make the beds just cleaned the trash. Generally speaking the staff seemed not to do the job they had to.

There is a problem with the parking spaces (there are like 20 for the entire hotel). The furniture is a little old. Also, the restaurant located at the 11th floor (the main reason why we booked the hotel) was unavailable due to a private event.

I only liked the breakfast in there.
I didn't like the fact that there was no coffee or tea in the room like all the other hotels offering to their guests . I did not like the matures because it had stains on it and had no cover on top of it, and there was dust all over the bed. I did not like my stay over there, and I will no longer choose this in the future.

Great breakfast options, size of the apartment, reasonable Wifi connection, secured parking in front of the hotel.
We booked room 909 deluxe king room/ apartment and there was a foul smell in the apartment all the time like rotten eggs or sewage. The curtains have holes, the bathroom needs some TLC, the furniture is chipped and the carpet definitely needs replacing. Noisy AC thatโs really difficult to configure.
During the first evening, a lot of dirt came out of the bathtubโs hydro-massage nozzles and when we released the water, it flooded the bathroom. We mentioned this and the smell problem, but they only solved the bathtub flooding issue. There was no possibility to change the room without a downgrade as I was told there are only 2 apartments like the one we booked in the whole hotel.
The food from the restaurant at the 11th floor was poorly cooked each time we were there for dinner or lunch.

I found the relationship between price and standard offered correct. I paid a rate for a 3-star hotel, and I got a 3-star hotel. I found it fair. Why only 3 stars? My room was small. The breakfast smorgasbord could have provided a wider range of products. Positive aspects: the room and my bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel possesses free parking bays for guests (it is important in Sibiu's very centre). Overall I was satisfied. My score 8/10.

The front desk lady welcomed us with a beautiful smile and kindly provided the Wi-Fi details without us even needing to ask.
Breakfast was delicious and served on the 11th floor, which has a gorgeous view. Everything was clean and well-presented. The breakfast staff provided excellent service. Dumitru made sure the tables were spotless and was always respectful. Another staff member, a guy with a long hair bun, was super attentive, he kept everything refilled and noticed when I walked away from the buffet line after changing my mind. A few minutes later, he brought the chocolate cream I had looked at directly to my table, without me saying anything. That kind of thoughtful service really made our stay even better.
The only downside was that the carpet had a few stains that couldnโt be removed.

There was a party at the hotelโs restaurant that lasted late into the night. It would have been correct for the hotel staff to inform us at check-in that there would be noise, so that it could have been my choice whether to stay or look for other accommodation.

When we arrived we were very excited and warmly greeted by the captain of the hotel Marian. He is such a great and kind person who made our stay in Sibiu incredible even if the weather wasn't that nice. He very kindly showed us to our parking space and didn't take no for an answer regarding helping with our luggage and not taking any tips. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful through our stay and made our stay so much nicer. The room was on the 8th floor and had the most beautiful view, such a soft and comfortable bed with the most fluffy duvet. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy which resulted in the best sleep I had in months. I would definitely recommend to book the breakfast with your stay because they have one of the best and freshest breakfast buffet I have ever had, with a huge variety of traditional Romanian foods and other foods. One of the best features is also the restaurant is on the last floor which offers an even better view over the city.
All together we couldn't have been happier with our stay.

The property looks clean and comfy, altough we didn t get to stay in the newly renovated rooms,but we really had a great time , the staff was very welcoming and made our s stay even more pleasant. Itโs nice that they have sauna and jacuzzi and you can relax there.
The mattress on the bed was a bit outdated and the room look overall.
