The staff at the breakfast was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.
We had to keep the window open during the night because of the heatwave, but the street was very noisy.

This accommodation far exceeded our expectations. We only stopped for one night, so we were looking for relatively cheap accommodation. We were very pleasantly surprised: everything was clean, neat, the bathroom contained all the necessary things, everything was functional. The breakfast was great, we didn't miss anything. Everything was fresh, excellent and tasty continental breakfast. Spacious parking in front of the hotel was fine.
The accommodation is by the road, so in the morning you could hear the traffic with the window open, but after closing the window, which sealed perfectly, everything was fine.

I made a reservation, but then I got a message that the reservation was not able to be fulfilled. They gave me a full refund, but I had to learn on my own how to navigate the app to get a full refund without charging me the cancelation fee.
The host could not help me navigate on how to get a refund after I made a booking.

Breakfast was awesome. Wifi was good. The exhaust fan was faulty, on informing at the reception, they fixed it. Location was good, only 20mins walk from Historical center and station. From the window, you can see the mountains. The house has a vintage feeling.
The size of blanket was small. Needed a mirror in the bedroom.

It was fairly close to the city center, the breakfast was fresh and tasty.
It was not very clean, the sheets had some stains, the shower cabinet was not thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom sink had a cracked in it. There are some electrical wires exposed next to the bathroom sink. There was a problem with the TV furniture so you couldn't place it in a visible spot.
The shower is very small and the toilet is literally next to the wall so it is very difficult to use.
I specifically asked for a double bed, and they say that you cam choose between double or twin beds, however ALL OF THEIR ROOMS have twin mattresses.

Pleased with our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Great parking directly outside the hotel. Centre around 15 mins walk, which was fine. We would definitely stay here again.
Given the hot weather, it would have been great to have had air conditioning although a fan was provided in the room. Our room overlooked the busy road and would ask for one on the quieter side next time.

Don't judge this hotel "by its cover": from the outside the hotel looks a bit greasy, and while the building is indeed old, inside it is well-kept and clean. The rooms were spacious (in part thanks to the high ceilings), the beds relatively comfortable, and the breakfast was good (in a quaint and lovely restaurant room). The hotel is at walking distance from the historical city center.
There was a lot of noise from the street, and the rooms couldn't be darkened very well. It was also very hot, but there was a heat wave during our stay, so the circumstances were pretty challenging.

Don't expect the rooms to be shiningly clean. Some floor tiles are making funny noises and the beds aren't the most comfortable. Note that the beds are almost floor-level(some people may have an issue with it).

The location was nice though it was a bit of a walk from the train station and the old town, but great value. The receptionist was friendly. The room was small, clean and pleasant. The breakfast was good and plentiful.
The room is ideally for a double bed. My son and I wanted twin beds, so one of the single beds was up against the wall on one side.

Very good location: near supermarket, parking spots for hotel residents, gas station 100 meter from the hotel, good breakfast, clean hotel, 15 minutes walking to the heart of the town
Peception is not 24/7. After 18:00 - nobody, but you may call and they will answer. After 23:00 doors were closed and we did not know (nobody explained us), that the code frm ntercom is on the keys...Young woman in reception did not speak english, just few basic words. No elevator (lift). High stairs (not for elders at all), but for young people - ok

The hotel looked even better than in the pictures! Our room was spotless, the temperature was easy to control, and there were plenty of TV channels. The duvet was warm, fluffy, and absolutely perfect for a good night's sleep.
The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the street. There was also a party in the restaurant (it was during the weekend), and the music carried into our room. Luckily, earplugs helped, but it was still a bit disappointing.
