Pool area is OK - small, but enough for relaxation. Location of the hotel is central.
AiR condition in whole hotel didn't work all time during our stay. We checked-in in 4pm, and room temperature was 28,5 degrees and staff on reception didn't inform us that air condition in hotel doesn't work during check-in. In coldest part of the night temperature in room was 26,5 degrees. Mini bar didn't work too and when I complained staff wanted to sell me cold drink from the bar. After my hard complain they gave me 4 small botles of cold water on hotel check. They didn't offer anything complementary for non working air condition.

Location, close to the old town area of Timisoara, we were able to walk and see a lot of the town. It was also centrally located to other places we were visiting and the airport. Food in the restaurant was also very good.

Location is excelent, walking distance to city center. There is a park right behind the hotel. Public transportation (tram or bus) nearby. Premises were modern and clean. Breakfast was good too. Has gated parking at reasonable cost.
A little bit noisy from nearby traffic, but that would not deter me from staying there again.

1. Terrible room - very hot and you sweat the whole night.
2. I asked separate sheet, duvet and blankets for double bed for two persons at the moment of booking - was not arranged. Then asked on spot and they gave me very thick duvet for the second person (in a room like sauna) with no sheet and blanket.
3. Mattress was awful - my back was hurting one week after one night.
4. Garbage from former guests was still in the basket, I complained and cancelled my second night, they agreed to cancel at no cost due to dirt in the room and reimbursed in few days the price for the second night.
Generally - no maintenance, no facilities update, nothing to make you feel comfortable and we speak about basics. Never again in this hotel. Try to avoid until they invest and not rip off customers with zero service.

Full service hotel with private parking and the best location! It was walking distance to the historical center, with lots of markets, banks, and restaurants around it. A tram stop was nearby as well. The room we stayed in was newly renovated with a view of the river and the city. It was quiet despite facing the street. Bed was comfortable and the mini bar was well-stocked. Wifi also worked fine.

Fantastic Hotel with central location. In just couple of minutes you'll find yourself in the heart of the city centre. The hotel is well located in the center of the city, lose to the main squares and many restaurants. The superior room was nicely decorated and maintained, with a large bathroom and lots of storage space.
The A/C did not seem to work in the room. We called reception and was told to give it some time, however the A/C did never came on, the room staying at 24C overnight which was too hot for us. Although the furniture and overall room looked newly renovated, the bed was very squeaky and noisy at night when one of us would turn from one side to another.

location was amazing, just in the city center, our room had a plumbing problem and since the hotel was full we couldn't move. it was very unfortunate, the staff tried to help us but ultimately it remained.
everything felt very old. like the rooms were designed in the late 70's and never saw an upgrade.
the "spa & gym" consisted of a giant gym that looked very professional, but the spa had 1 big pool for swimming, and 1 smaller pool which was supposed to be warm but was ghonestly a bit cold, and 1 small hot tub that was not hot enough. the other 2 hot tubs were drained.

The exterior is from the communist era, with no improvements. However, the interior appears recently renovated, with high-quality materials and workmanship ranging from average to good, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Youโre even provided with a sewing kit (obviously thatโs the one thing you might desperately need, who knows), and the poor to missing TV signal practically forces you not to waste time watching TV but to use your time much more wisely.
Insufficient liquid soap for shower use and multiple hand washes. Cleanliness could be improved (e.g., hair strands on one of the bathroom towels, dirty windows - however, beyond these examples, the overall cleaning was done very carefully).

The hotel is very close to the town center so everything is in walking distance.
Very clean, breakfast is good and staff is nice, we would recommend this hotel if you visit Timisoara.

There is more then enough space in the room and bed is King size. Mini bar has very fair prices. Room was quiet and absolutely clean. There is everything needed like shampoo, toothbrush set, bathrobe etc. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is excellent. There is a private parking.
We were in the room on the 5th floor, which is a bit older, and could be a bit modernized. Outdoor pool was not very clean. Sauna didn't work as it is under reconstruction. Parking isn't included in the price and the price is 50 lei.

The location and views are amazing. The hotel has been recently updated, very modern and attractive. The outdoor pool, indoor pool and facilities are all very nice adding an extra bonus to the hotel.
There wasnโt any bellboy in site when we arrived and/or left to help with the luggage. When we mentioned it at the reception, we were told that we should have asked for oneโฆhelp should be available and visible when you arrive, without requiring you to go in and ask if they have a bellboy. Where would you leave your luggage until you seal help?

Clean room, nice view
Many mistakes done at checkout, charged the wrong (3 times more) amount, charged the cost for the room again, although they knew it was paid to Booking
The bathroom fan was very noisy, it took me more than half an hour how to figure out to use the TV programs, no instructions
