At this hotel, it's all about location. It's located right in the center of Timisoara city.
I was disappointed that there were no towels for clients at the SPA at 12:00 PM on Saturday, and I was rudely told by an employee that I should bring towels from my room.
The steam sauna wasn't working, there were areas around the pool with rust and loose parts where you could potentially get injured.

The hotel has a good location and friendly staff.
The rooms could use some renovation. The furniture and decor feel a bit outdated, and a refresh would improve the overall experience. Additionally, it would be helpful to have more power outlets in the room, as charging multiple devices was a bit challenging. A small waste bin in the room (not just in the bathroom) would also be a convenient addition. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some updates, it could be even better.

The hotel is right on one of the main squares, easy to get to anywhere from here. The room was a nice size. The beds were comfy. The staff was welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, including eggs, prepared multiple different ways, fruit, vegetables, pastries, bread, juice, coffee, tea. I would definitely stay again.
Parking information could be better prior to check in. The parking is marked "Convention Center Parking." I wasn't sure if that was the correct parking, so I parked on the street before going into the hotel. A note in the pre-arrival emails would make that a lot smoother. It worked out for me as I found a close spot to park and parking was free due to a holiday weekend, so I left my car there and did not pay for parking. But driving into a new city late at night, it is better to have clear parking information. I would still stay here again, because it was not a big issue, but just a heads up for whoever is sending out their pre-arrival emails.

We booked two rooms a few hours before arrival. Check-in was ok, but the front desk had trouble finding our reservation at first.
Parking was full, and we had to drive around several times and wait for someone to leave. The rooms were very old and had a strong smell and lacked basic amenities like a trash can and tissues (no Kleenex available).
Breakfast was included, but staff kept insisting we had to pay. I explained I wasnโt eating due to a medical condition and was only getting food for my 4-year-old son, but the staff member (Simona) kept coming back to check, which felt aggressive and uncomfortable.
Only the location was a plus. Overall, not a stay Iโd repeat or recommend.

Bathroom amenities are limited. Room cleanliness is all right, but not great (in one of our rooms, there were clear streaks of mop water left on the tile floor). -Bathroom with the toilet in a separate chamber
-Exceptional staff, very friendly and willing to give tips
-Literally in the central plaza of Timisoara
-Parking is connected to the hotel, costs 12Euros/60 RON per day and has EV charging, but you have to pay 200 RON to charge, which was communicated to us at the check-in and we were asked if we want to us this option or charge independently in the town, which we appreciated.
Cons:
-The floor of the room is made of floor boards, so, if the guests above decide to waltz in the room at 12 AM in the high heals, you will hear it. And we listened to it for about 1 hour, until we could take it no longer and we called the reception to ask them to get in contact with the room above ours and ask them to stop making noise
-Even after this, it still took the people above us a good 20 minutes to quiet down and they were right back up at it at 7 AM the next morning. This means that we only got about 6 hours of sleep due to the unbearable noise.
