The hotel is located in a quiet area, clean, maintaining all facilities as described.
The access to the hotel and rooms is code-based, which is OK, but we've got instructions just a few hours before arriving having no possibility to check them since we were on the way. There was no staff at the hotel when we have arrived, while one of 2 booked rooms have been already occupied. So it took us some time to figure everything out.
The parking is just on the street outside, not private.

Everything was really nice especially the staff, the room is clean and the air conditioning works just fine.
Unfourtunately the location it’s far away from the city, if you don’t have a car or take uber you won’t be able to commute.

The hotel is not located in a central area, but this was known from the begining. There is place to park in front of the pension. The rooms were very clean. For the price payed, the facilities offered were above expectation.
In one of the 2 rooms that we used there was some smell of tabaco - this is due to guests which are not interested in respecting the others.

We arrived in the evening (I informed the guesthouse that we were arriving late) and there was no problem with check-in.
The room was ready and warm in it (I asked the administrator by phone to offer us a warm room because I was with a small child).
Quiet area, there is a small park in front of the guesthouse.
We liked the area, the staff, the cleanliness, and the temperature in the room.
As an improvement: the bed was a little uncomfortable and it creak at any movement, don't think about things for adults :)
Everything was ok.
Only the bed was a little cracking.

Exceptionally clean, staff very polite and communication was on a high level. The price was great so I cannot complain about anything. We spent 2 days, and they cleaned the room which I did not expect and is a BIG plus. The building smelled very nice. You can catch a boat and go to the center for one leu and 5 min walk from the apartment.
The toilet seat height was weirdly high. Maybe add one more trash bin to the main room of the apartment, but again these are small things that can be improved, overall i really enjoyed the stay.
