The hotel is close to the river, has nice surroundings, helpful personnel, and a breakfast of rich variety. The glass surrounding the stairs and lift looks luxurious

Nice hotel located near the city center. Hotel is in walking distance to all major attractions( mening the city centre). The hotel also has parking available ( if you'll come by car). Breakfast was very good with pleanty of options.

The location was perfect, short walking distance from historic center. The room and bathroom were modern-simple, clean and spacious. I liked the sope in the bathoom - with organic essential oil. The breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choices. Good coffe available. We loved freshly baked croissants?. Staff members were realy kind. I would come again, if visiting Timisoara.

The big size bed was way too soft, pillows good size (i prefer small), but low quality. I was lycky that we had a third bed which was ok for me. Note: they only have a few parking spots - plan accordingly. (Good thing - Parking on the street is possible and free of charge sat-sun. Also, Hotel did let me know they cannot reserve a spot for us)

The room was pretty clean, it had many facilities as stated in the hotel presentation, such as hair dryer, quality shower, very nice shower gel as well as shampoo, so there was not a problem with that. The room is pretty clean and comfortable, the TV has many channels. There was also a small refrigerator with prices displayed on the table. The location is excellent, since it is very close to the city center. I didn't have breakfast because I didn't book one. As facilities, there are plenty of them as expected and you can also go to the gym for free.

The products in the fridge are a little bit expensive. The tap water is a little bit too hot and can't get cold. The room didn't have a sheet which presents all the facilities you get in the hotel, so you have to ask at the reception what is free and what is not.

Rooms are clean and warm, and the location was great. Breakfast was great, a lot of different meals, coffee and juice. The staff was also easy to communicate with.

Very bad sound isolation, we could hear people next to us, like they were in the room with us. They were not too loud, however we were able to hear them effortlessly.

Rooms are great, very clean, beds are comfortable and the best thing is location, very near city center and easy to find.

Parking is quite small, so there was no free space, but there is a public parking accross the street which is free on weekends, so it was ok. Besides that, I booked a room with bath tub, at least it was on the room photo and I got one with shower only. They say you need to specify that when reserving a room.

The bed was large, but the mattress sagged uncomfortably in the middle, requiring frequent adjustments. Parking is very limited (4 spaces in front, and a garage behind the ramp that appears to be for other purposes). The breakfast selection was minimal. The room phone's microphone was faulty, forcing me to use my cell phone to contact reception (to request an increase in the centrally controlled heating). I also noticed that the price was lower on their official hotel website, which I unfortunately discovered too late.

I didn't like the fact that the parking was not included. Booking said it's parking included, but after I paid it came automatic reply from the hotel that parking it's upon availability, it is not guaranteed.... Also the staff when we arrived there, because there wasn't parking available at the time of our arrival, wasn't very helpful about this matter...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Savoy. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, hotel itself was really lovely. Room was fine. Breakfast was good. Location about 20 or so minutes walk from Timisoara Nord station, and the beautiful city centre just a few minutes walk away. I had no idea Timisoara would be such a lovely city.

The bfast room is in a very dark basement-like room it doesnt give a good feeling. it is really boring bfast . I havent heard of a hotel much less one who has given a 4* that if the chef goes on a vacation the restaurant is closed. Its a hotel . Really weird.

Overall the hotel is pleasant and the location is just a few steps away from the city. The room size is decent for what i have booked (single bed). Nothing special for the breakfast.

There is some sort of detergent used that i did not liked at all - the smell is present on the halls and in the room. A more neutral detergent should be used.

Staff was very friendly and helpful (both reception desk and breakfast room). Location is perfect - walking distance to city centre (for example - Christmas market square). It took us maybe 5-8 mins to get there. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were very comfy.

We booked 2 rooms. One of them had a very weird and intense smell, almost as previous guests smoked in it (even though it was a non smoking room and there is smoke detector) and then sprayed A LOT of room spray/deo spray to cover the smell. It was very clean, though (both rooms were).
