My stay at SUNRISE Aqua Joy Resort was truly amazing from start to finish.
From the moment I arrived, the reception was outstanding, with warm hospitality and a very welcoming attitude from the staff.
The cleanliness level was excellent throughout the entire hotel, including the rooms and all public areas. The resort offers a wide range of entertainment and leisure facilities, including pools, beach access, and various activities.
The lifeguard team was always present, professional, and attentive, ensuring the safety of all guests. The food was also exceptional, with great variety and quality to suit all tastes.

Location is decent, and some of the staff were helpful (Ms. Manal)
Towels were very old and torn.
Hygiene was extremely bad as they were using the same cleaning cloth used for toilet, bathroom floor and sink/countertop.
Shower head was stuck and was not fixed though I have requested so.
