The hotel seems new. It was clean and comfortable.
1. Far away from Al- Haram. And shuttle bus services to Al-Haram wasn't good at all. I missed Taraweeh Prayer because of it.
2. Requested a wake up call from the reception and it never happened and I Could've missed my flight.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Looks fresh and new. Location was easy to find. They have 24*7 shuttle service to and from Masjid Al Haram. They also have free parking.
This isn't about the property, but in general. Since it's Ramadan and the crowd is just too much, make sure you leave from the hotel 1.5 to 2 hours before Salah time so that you can reach on time. The place where the buses park near the haram is around a 10 minute walk from the main Masjid gates. The new extension area is comparatively closer to where the buses park. There was always quite a bit of waiting for the buses to leave from Haram to the hotel at peak hours due to the crowd. I guess it'll be much smoother when not in Ramadan. But all the effort was worth it. And after a tiring day, coming back to the Hotel beds was truly a blessing Alhamdulillah.

Spacious and clean room, nicely designed hotel overall. Good room cleaning service. Friendly staff. Walking distance to resturants and a small market. Overall great value for money.
Getting to Haram was difficult. Maybe because of Ramadan rush. The hotel buss drop off in Mecca is far walk from Haram.

The hotel is very good, rooms are nice
We booked Twin Deluxe room unfortunately when we checked-in we found no chair or table in the room. When we asked the front desk to send a table and chairs, they refused our request. We end up eating sitting on the floor.

Modern design
Left 3 rings in the bathroom when checking out. After noticing I forgot them in the room I returned back to the hotel. Room was cleaned and House-Keeping denys any involvement with my missing jewelry. Cant sleep in a place where you dont feel safe. Very disappointing. This was my 4th time booking at this hotel didnt expect this type of misbehavior from the staff. Will not be staying with Wirgan anymore.
no enough parkings - staffs need to be trained well.
