A clean and tidy place with serene atmosphere, ideal place to stay for families and has a Jamia Mosque right next to it. There are supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and malls at only 5 to 10 minutes walk. Ideal stay for Umrah or Business trip. Makkah bus is available at 3-4 hundred metres for Haram.

Clean and the location is around 10 minutes to the Masjid Alharam. Itโs clean and staff are friendly.
There is no internal restaurant since itโs a new hotel. You need to walk more than 5 minutes to the hotel in order of you need to the market or restaurants.

Hotel was an amazing experience. Room was clean and hotelโs stuffs have respectful behavior for visitors. Absolutely, recommended to stay there. Little bit far away from Al haram but you can solve this issue with taxi around (15 sar). Receptionist was also super kind people. If you want to stay affordable place, you will never regret.

Amazing Stay at Kenana Al Azizia - Highly Recommended!
My stay at Kenana Al Azizia was nothing short of perfect. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location couldnโt be better! The hotel is in a prime spot with super easy access to 1000s of taxis, which made negotiating fares a breeze. There are so many tasty food options nearby, with multiple restaurants within walking distance. For shopping lovers, malls are just a short walk away, and youโll find delightful ice cream cafes in the area too!
One of the best features is the big masjid located right beside the hotel, making prayers super convenient. Plus, there are multiple Bakala grocery shops around, adding to the convenience. Itโs only a 6-8 minute drive to Haram, and getting back is easy peasy.
The hotel staff were fantastic, especially the friendly reception guy, Abdullah, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel offers 5-star facilities at an incredibly cost-effective price. Thereโs even a government medical hospital just beside the building, providing peace of mind in case of any health concerns.
All in all, this hotel is a WOW! Highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and convenient experience in Mecca.
Nothing to Dislike - Will Definitely Stay Again, InshaAllah!
Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about my stay at Kenana Al Azizia. Everything was smooth and perfect, from the cleanliness to the fantastic location and the friendly staff. I canโt think of anything negative to mention!
InshaAllah, I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and cost-effective stay in Mecca.

The staff were excellent. Location is very good not too far from the Haram. Hotel is nice and clean. Hotel is next to a huge masjid you can pray Jumuah and the five daily prayers. I will always go back there.
No inside restaurant, you have to go outside to find something to eat which is okay.

Very Good Hotel in aziziya Makka...The staff is friendly and Hospitable. Only 10 Minutes to masjid ul haram by taxi. Location is Good. The Big Mosque is the nearest. Taxi charge 15 Rial Usually...Busy hours 20 Rial. All over the experience is very good. Very good restaurants and shopping malls are nearest to the hotel.
And the Gawa and dates on reception available most of the time are awesome.
Note: If you are coming by taxi ask him to go to the opposite street of Discount Store or Top Ten store. Near Baldia Aziziya.

Honestly- I have no choice but to give it a 10/10 because of the staff. Absolutely exceptional management. During this trip I have stayed at many places and I can safely say that this management is better than any of them. The service is very good and the housekeeping is very quick to get you want. Management staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and strives to provide you with whatever will make your stay better.
No waiting for lifts, service comes within few minutes of asking for anything, laundry, mini mart, pharmacy, whole shopping malls very close by- everything is walking distance.

I liked the size of the room. Staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. Location was good, there's a beautiful masjid right next to the hotel. The suite was good for up to seven guests.
The towels were bad quality. They didn't have large sheets to fit the bed when we asked to put two beds together. The shower didn't have a shower door which resulted in wet bathrooms floors.
