The location it was very very far, the buses returning from haram was always late am sure it’s because there very busy but a lot of time wasted to wait which I didn’t have, i think in Ramadhan it’s not a good place to stay.
The wifi wasn’t working in the rooms only at the reception,
The rooms are not sound proof too much noise
We should have choices if we want to eat here but it was only turkish food

transportation a little bit far to Haram. Shuttle is available but not always, not quite reliable. however, the guys up front the hotel are very helpful and are very cooperative. could be because l was there in the rush season.

Size of the rooms, price is good , cleanliness, frequency of bus , both drivers of the buses who were very kind , polite and cooperative
Breakfast is not so good , no variety of food ( only one type of cheese , one type of bread and of bad quality , bad drinks , so i dont recommend breakfast with reservation
Another issue should be clarified, although the bus is frequent but it drops off at kody station and rides another free bus to Haram , so it takes a long time for the journey especially in rush hours.

Its location is good; to reach the Haram you need to take a bus to Kudai bus stop then you take another bus to Haram.. the process might take up to 30 minutes ..
It’s easy to come back from Al-Haram
Just take a bus from Al-Haram to Kudai; then another bus going to Bathaa Qureish (They won’t tell you these details if you don’t ask)
Cleanliness: Room wasn’t clean; I kept finding ladies hair around, even on the towels; with all respect but it’s disgusting to find someone’s hair.
WIFI : no wifi in the room, I asked the girl in the reception about the wifi she said maybe there’s an issue and we’re going to solve it, she didn’t even ask about my room number, until I told her my room number, the coverage of data was poor in the room as well; that’s why I asked for WIFI
Buses: if you get a bus from the hotel to Kudai bus stop, then you are lucky.. my dream was to take a bus from the hotel but it only happened once in 6 days. They said busses move every 30 minutes, but they were not clear that in busy hours they don’t move. I had to take a Taxi to Kudai bus stop paying 10 Saudi Riyals( while they were asked for more) and another 8 Riyals to Al-Haram by Makkah buses.
Bed: The mattress on the bed isn’t stable, and pillows are so thin. I asked for an extra pillow but they didn’t have any.
Location: there’s no shops nearby, there’s only one Turkish restaurant in front of the hotel on the other side of the street but it’s expensive and food is normal.

We loved everything about our stay. Since we weren’t traveling with an agency, we had a regular iftar, which was much better than what the Turkish tour groups received—likely due to the price they paid. The hotel has its own mosque, and our room was spacious and well-equipped with plenty of shampoo, towels, and other essentials. We only paid for iftar, so we don’t know what was served for suhoor. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and was even better than some of the expensive ones near Al Haram, including the Sheraton where we stayed a few years ago. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.
The commute to Al Haram took approximately 30 minutes by two buses. The view from the room was unremarkable, with discarded pieces of bread—likely thrown from the windows—and pigeon droppings scattered around.

In general the hotel's staff were so friendly with visitors. The room is clean and comfortable bed the roof lights were so strong on eyes and you cant sleep until you turnef them all off and sleep in darkness? I swear I got strong headache next morning cuse of these lights. The buses to HArm only 1 in morning and 1 in night.You can go on time but rarely find it in bus station when you come back. so you have 2 find othdr buses near 2 your hotel.
The hotel and his staff are in excellent rate and they deserve it , where they lisyen carefully to thier visitors needs..
