The facility
Bus transportation was excellent but the location or the bis stopn was not convenient. From hotel to bus dtop is 15 minutes drive no traffic. From bus station you have to to haram you have to wallk over 15 minutes. I dont recommend for ages poeple.

i had booked the room for 7 days and found the hotel great. Basement parking was available. The hotel was clean and also having separate place for Laundry. The location of hotel is good as it is not a crowded place, and having almost many options within 2 Km radius in terms of Restaurants, Groceries, pharmacy etc. Bus service was always available in the given time schedule and pickup drop-off location was very near to Haram.
Suggestion: -Microwave service can be included.
As suggested, Microwave option can be introduced as well.

I forgot my jacket in cupboard and when called immediately after checkout, the staff lied and said there is No jacket. They are lairs and dont return customers items in case you forget something.

Complaint Regarding Parking & Front Desk Service:
PARKING —despite being included in my booking—was not provided.
Despite call during my arrival, the receptionist was UNHELPFUL and told me to park ANYWHERE, which was UNACCEPTABLE.
Eventually, a nearby parking guard arranged open parking. The front desk attitude and service were disappointing and unprofessional.

Name is only Marriot, but facilities are very poor. There is water leak in bedroom causing bad smell. Rooms sizes for 3 beds are very small. Far from Haram. Only advantage is its very cheap.
Not good, There are hidden charges like cleaning fees, 16.65 SAR, Other charges 19,42. Its SCAM. I never see these types of charges any hotels in Saudi Arabia. There are no bed spreads, They provided disposable bed spreads like in COVID which is annoyong

I asked for a street view to enjoy the sun, daylight, but I was given a room with no view, dark and what you can see is only a wall blocking the light! However it was a nice room.
