I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very close to the Haram, which made it easy and convenient for daily prayers, and they also provided free transportation that made getting around stress-free. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. On top of that, it was the best price per night I found in the city, making it a great value for the comfort and service provided.
The only thing I would mention is that the rooms could be a little larger, but overall the comfort, service, and value more than made up for it.

The place was lovely, great facilities like a huge diningroom offering hot drinks and a place to eat your food. Basic offerings but lots of lovely places to eat using hotel shuttle service.
Staff would do anything asked, polite, helpful and very respectful. Well done!
It was perfect for the cost! I hate Aircon, but it is an exceedingly hot country. Noise reduction?

Hotel is around 2 km uphill from haram. Last 800 m is covered by the bus of the hotel upon request. You can go to haram in 20 minutes, or less if you get a taxi or bus. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Overall, it is a good deal for the price.
There is not enough hangers in the room for more than 2 people stay, and there is no laundry machine in the hotel.

Good value for money. Large room. comes with kettle and fridge. staff are very friendly. Plenty parking around hotel. shuttle takes you to Ajyad road where there are shops to buy daily needs. You can buy water, tea and coffee at the basement. I gave it a 10 due to the price and very clean rooms with comfortable beds
Kettle and shower head needs repair. It was Friday so the roads were closed by police and difficult to get to haram. the shuttle does not go to haram but drops you off at ajyad road.

It was not that far from the Haram, the room and bathroom was clean and complementary water was good.
I expected an iron for my kurta, although it isn't far from Haram it is on a very steal incline and there is no bus to the Haram, there is a shuttle up and down the hill but if you walk from the Haram to the base of the hill the shuttle isn't at a convenient location and he only comes after you call or if you get lucky and someone else is coming down.

Everything was excellent. The hotel and the staff were very professional and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
Although the hotel is located in a quiet area, there is a shuttle bus that drops guests near Masjid al-Haram on the main road. From there, it is about a 15โ20 minute walk (around 1.2 km). The walk to the mosque is downhill and easy, while the return is uphill and may be slightly challenging for elderly guests. Taxis are available for the return trip, with prices ranging between 20โ50 riyals depending on traffic.
The hotel facilities such as internet and hot water were very good. Considering the price, this hotel offers excellent value and is one of the best options in the area. Special thanks to all the staff for their kindness during our stay.
