Clean and big rooms. Reception and room service both are very good. Shuttle to/from haram
Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out can be done until 11:00.
Interesting place to explore in close proximity to the Hotel are Safwah tower, Hajar Tower, Clock tower, Zamzam Tower, Abraj Al bait complex, Zamzam Well, The Sacred Mosque (Masjid Al Haram), AL Diyafa Mall, Al Hijaz Mall and others.

Friendly, kind and very efficient workers. Check in was easy and didn't take long even though we arrived late at night. What I like the most is that even in the hotel there are grocery items for sale. Very convenient for our family. The hotel also provides a free bus service to Haram.

Stuff were very helpful! My mom lost her purse somewhere in Haram ( she was alone in makkah ), the stuff were really helpful , they offered everything for her just so she feels safe with no extra charge! I would like to thank all the gentlemen in the front especially YAHYA.. he treated my mom as she is his mom ! Sonoud al dana will be always my family and friends hotel . Thank you all for making mom feel safe and among her family

Location is good , we had a shuttle bus that was leaving from the hotel during Ramadan. Im not sure if they exist outside of Ramadan. you can also take the public buses for pilgrims
Getting hold of room service was hard and getting them to clean our room. Had to go to the reception couple of times to get them to listen. other than that its a good hotel for good money.

excellent front desk staff who tried best to make our stay comfortable plus clean esp Mr Abdallah Mahmoud at reception
constructive advise is work on sound proofing of rooms, refurbish furniture and sort bathroom plumbing for drains problems which would definitely improve your ratings plus shuttles to haram more frequent and better accessibility from haram to find it which was quite a hassle

very clean hotel, the staffs were amazing including the manager himself. we have stayed the last 10 days of Ramadan and it was just brilliant. yes it is not very near to Haram, but considering the money we paid it was well worth it. besides they provided bus service to and from Haram during Ramadan. very comfortable stay. Hotel is just opposite of Bindawood super market and many other fast food shops were nearby too, so it was an advantage.
room service was great too.
specifically one of the staff member name Nur was just brilliant, very friendly behaviour and my 4 year old daughter became a fan of Nur.
this hotel is very close to Muzdalifa, so during Hajj time this will definitely be a good choice.

The location itself is very good and in front of Bin Daawood, BUT it was far from Haram. Although they have shuttle buses, which can be used for going to haram, BUT getting shuttle back to Hotel is very difficult as to find the bus among hundreds of other busses is very challenging. I was there in Ramadan 2023, so I always use a taxi that cost me 40 SAR from Haram to Hotel. If you exit from gate # 100, the biggest gate in haram and go straight through tunnel, at the end of it, cab is easily available.
The location was not very good for Haram access. It is at the end of Aziziya.

The washroom was very clean and they had kettel and coffee and tea bags and sugar
I would like if they had a sink outside of washroom too. It was a little disgusting to go to washroom to wash stuff
