Nothing to like and not like . Just needed some privacy and that's what I got. Also not so far from haram. Has shuttle service which makes it for tahajjud too.
The walls were dirty. Could do with a clean or paint. When this happens in my house I use bleach water and clean off as I have a light wall colour paint. So have they so they could at least clean it .
Also the beds were positioned so feet is facing qiblah so we had to change pillow

Hotel is neat and clean. Lifts were ok. Shuttle bus was quit good to go to Haram.
It is around 20 to 25 minute walk to Haram. Not easy for family with kids or older people. Other than that Shuttle bus has fixed timings. But buses do not follow full time table. Drive decides when he want to leave. Drivers should follow the exact time table of bus.

The receptionist were nice and helpful despite the lack of English. They provide shuttle bus that goes to Haram everyday with the schedule of the departure
The location is a bit far from Haram. The distance is not walkable in a short time it takes you at least 30 minutes to reach Haram. Though they provide shuttle bus with timetables but I didn't find the the schedule on time. You have to wait in the lobby early to catch the bus before prayer time. And although it was located in Misfalah but the bus will drop you off at the other side of Haram at Ajyad bus terminal
