The staff were friendly an helpful, the rooms were clean an in good condition and the breakfast was great!
The only thing was slightly annoying was that when using the shower it would soak the bathroom unless you made a barrier with the bathmat.

Breakfast was great. Good vegetarian options.
I would have preferred a room with windows, but unfortunately it wasn't available when I booked it. I understand it in advance, but that would have been improved a lot with the experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of cafés and shops, yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing experience.
The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist, which made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day.
We would gladly recommend this hotel to families with children, as well as to couples looking for a romantic and cozy getaway. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and every detail is carefully thought out.
What truly stood out was the overall feeling of comfort and hospitality—we felt at home the entire time. We will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay.
We have no complaints at all — everything was great.

Excellent, spacious family room - in a great location. Easy for the centre of town and good access to a lot of bus routes.
A few bits of the hotel feel slightly dated. The toilets in the main reception area were not as clean as they could be.

Hotel was a few minutes walking distance from the central train station. The room was very big, with a friendly staff and an awesome breakfast (with a large variety of foods and drinks).
The booking from Booking.com was somehow not in their system, but the reception quickly solved it.

Great location. Very close to central station. Room temperature was great. The central rooms do not get any street noise.
The walls and doors were quite thin and noise from the hall and other rooms traveled through them. The furniture was a bit beaten.

Paying for parking isn’t ideal, really should be part of the price you pay for the room rather than having to pay at reception

Room was big and comfortable as well as bathroom. It was at 4th floor and we have very nice view to the street. Hotel location is great, at the center of town.
It will be perfect if the room has fridge.

Location in the middle of the city, close to eveything. Helpful stuff that is ready to solve any problem, really thankful to them. The hotel is more on the expensive side and I was expecting a much more modern room for the paid price. The room didn't meet my expectations at all. I ordered one without windows. It was cold in there too, so I had to get double covers. I got a much better room WITH windows in another hotel for the better price. I guess it's cause you're paying for the brand but the rooms are supposed to correspond to the price. Anyway, thankful to the stuff for their warm reception.
Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the trash wasn't even thrown out though it states that the room is being checked on daily.

Excellent central location with parking garage which was perfect for our motorbike trip. All very clean, bed was comfy and the breakfast selection was great. Would definitely book again when visiting Malmo.
Pillows could be bigger and fuller but that's just my personal preference.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big and very clean, shower only in our room. Not sure if they have rooms with baths. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, cooked and continental buffet style. Very wide selection of food. You book your time slot so never too busy. The reception area is nice and good seating. Work space available too.
Excellent location right in the middle of the city.
The rooms were a bit tired, chipped paint etc. But this didn't bother us as it was clean.
Due to the location of our room on the 3rs floor, there was some traffic noise from the street, but all quiet after about 11pm. If you have young kids then maybe ask for a room away from the street.
No air-conditioning but windows open a bit.

The welcoming atmosphere provided by the friendly staff
The hoons driving around the block in the evening for an hour each night. Nothing to reflect on the property but more on the behaviour of this group.
