Our stay at Bled Rose was nothing short of incredible. Nestled right at the edge of the stunning Lake Bled, this hotel offers a breathtaking view that left us speechless every morning. To our delight, we were upgraded to a superior double room, which featured a spacious balcony with what must be the best view of the lake.
The room itself was beautifully decorated, with vibrant and tasteful colors that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail of the decor added to the overall charm of the hotel, making it feel luxurious yet cozy.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was flawless. We even received water and biscuits for our journey home upon checking out.
The location couldn’t have been more perfect—it was just steps away from the lake and close to all the major sights, yet peaceful and serene. It was the ideal place to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Bled.

The thoughtful details like power outlets, extra towels, rigorous room cleaning, were great. The curtains were 100% blackout curtains. Access to the lake via B2 was great, saved me numerous climbing of steps/slopes. Staff was warm and welcoming, especially the restaurant staff. Breakfast was filling and served as fuel for whole day.
No bedroom slippers, and the mini bar was stuffed full. Will be nice if there’s space for my own drinks. The balcony was not secure. The sides had huge gaps at the bottom, so if next door wants to be ‘friends’ with you, they can…… (see my photo) so I made sure the doors and windows were locked especially at night. Room door could do with a dead bolt. These things make solo female travellers feel safer.

Breakfast is definitely not something to recommend - even though that was the main value Booking communicates.
Cleanings really bad - we found somebodies sock under the curtain, spider web around the window and the towels were so old they had holes in them.
And I still can't believe they are charging for Sauna - the worst one I have ever been. You don't even get towel for sauna, there is nobody at the reception, they don't have changing rooms and they don't offer beverage, or water to drink.

I lived everything from pick up the taxi that I have booked via hotel to lake baked cake... I lived the staff very polite and professional and very approachable, customer and best service ever in this country. I have been traveling around the world but this hotel had the best staff that they pay attention to clients and client's needs , and succeeded my expectations. They made my trip unique and unforgettable. I will never forget you all. Thank you all from reception to room service or cleaning staff to bar and spa staff. I come back here but with my friends next time . I recommend this hotel already to my boss back in guernsey. And to all my business partners or friends.

Excellent breakfast and the location was in front of the lake, about 100m away, so you get nice and quiet without losing the fast access and scenic view. The decoration was in style and the personnel was friendly and professional. The swimming pool is also very nice.

The Bled Rose's location was nearly perfect -- right by the lake trail, convenient to restaurants, the castle, and the Vintgar Gorge. The breakfast was outstanding -- both the selection and the beauty of indoor and outdoor space. The hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful.
The room was decently sized but not large, with a good king-sized bed and nice bathroom (though I could never quite figure out the shower controls), and a balcony with two chairs. Other than the bed and a desk chair, there was no place to sit inside -- a very small shortcoming, but there was really no space for more furniture.

The location is splendid. Parked the car and never moved it. Easy to walk to everything! It’s all right there - restaurants, infamous Bled creme cake, alpine coaster, boats to the island, and Zipline Dulinka meeting point. We enjoyed everything Bled has to offer, all an easy and gorgeous walk from the hotel.
Be VERY careful about “lake side” rooms. I even contacted the property several days before arrival and was assured we’d have a view. However, VERY few rooms have a view of the lake in the summer, even from the balcony. Most are heavily obstructed with albeit beautiful trees, so paying extra for the view is likely not worth it.
The pool, hot tub, and spa area close quite early. We were jet lagged and hoping to burn some energy in the pool before forcing ourselves to sleep. No luck.
We had a triple room, so everything should come in groups of three. Three bottles of water, three coffee capsules, three bath towels, etc. It was all set up in twos. No big deal. We love when hotels have the full-sized toiletries, but one of ours was completely empty. Glad I always bring those just in case.
When we came back from zip lining on our second day, the room hadn’t been serviced. Again, we aren’t that particular. We don’t need our beds made or an inordinate number of towels.
When I saw the housekeepers in the hallway, I did request coffee capsules for the machine and was given one. Again, super jet-lagged, so I gave a pitiful face and made a plea for more and was handed two packets of instant coffee. I also asked for more water and was told no. However, a bottle showed up outside our door later that afternoon.
None of these things in themselves are deal breakers, but for a hotel at this price point, one shouldn’t feel like they’re stealing if they ask for a coffee capsule.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful property and amazing location. The breakfast was really great and the property was very clean and quiet. The view from breakfast was really beautiful and the facilities were great. Would definitely recommend it and I we cant wait to come back!
I won't dock points for anything because we really loved our stay but a few things to mention: the AC was placed in a weird spot of the room behind the desk and covered by the curtains so cooling the room seemed harder. Also, the balcony at night was covered in cobwebs and spiders so i think it could use looked at/cleaned. Wish parking was also cheaper but it is expensive all over Bled.

The staff was so nice. Front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful. I was given a late check out. The hotel decor is quirky but definitely unique and worth some photos. The room was comfortable but small. Didn't matter...I was solo and spent all my time outside. Room was very clean. The bed and shower were perfect and the location is great! The breakfast buffet is great too, really good food!
My only complaint is the smell in the lobby...very strong perfume smell. It would be a problem for those with sensitivity to smells.

Located right next to lake Bled, amazing surrounding, everything is in walking distance, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bus station. The rooms are comfortable and clean, totally loved their shower gel, shampoo and body lotion really luxurious :) The bed was extra comfortable we could see the castle from our balcony. Staff was really polite, helpful and in good spirits. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace of the restaurant, food is always fresh and various choices with local delicacies. Totally pet friendly you can even take your dog to the restaurant. I absolutely recommend Bled Rose Hotel.

Location - with an amazing park, directly in Bled Centre. Everything close. Fair internet speed. Friendly staff. Mimosas at the breakfast are nice addition.
Additional fees - I was spending another 75 Euro per day for small dog and parking. 50 Euro just for small dog. The rooms are extremely small. They interiors of the hotels are wonderful and smells good, but rooms have spider nets and smelly carpets. No fresh juices and limited breakfast choice.

All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfasts had great variety and dinner was excellent. Location was perfect and within easy walking distance of all attractions and a couple of large supermarkets.
Having to sit at the bar in the restaurant for breakfast one morning because it was so busy. There had been an influx of guests the previous evening, we assume because it was St Nicholas Day (6th December) which we did not know about.

I didn’t like that the sauna required an extra payment of €25, which felt quite expensive and unnecessary for hotel. I also wasn’t satisfied with the sauna working hours, as they were limited.
