Parking was easy, breakfast was nice and mattress was comfortable. Location is good for a walk into the old town which is very pretty. Room was clean, shower was nice and strong too. Internet was available and good signal (on the 7th floor). Air conditioning was ok, Shower gel and moisturiser pleasant.

Check in wasn't friendly, television didn't work (turned on but remote didn't control it). When asked they did try and fix but it still didn't work. 1st night, 1 body towel and one single duvet only (for a room booked as a double). One sachet of coffee and one of tea and one sachet of creamer which is a bit mean.

Breakfast offered a good selection. Parking was comfortable and free. Room was spacious and well equiped. Location is perfect, just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Staff attitude. Some of them felt like it is physical pain they feel to serve guests. One request to front desk, but never delivered or followed up on. With the exception of one gentlemen upon arrival, he was super accomodating and provided first class warm welcome.

Location and service at breakfast

I had a dog with me. An additional fee of 20 euros per night wasn't mentioned anywhere while booking, not on the website of the hotel or on Facebook. After I had checked in and paid for the room the girl at the desk informed me about the fee they had just added to the hotels policy and I now had to pay that too. I declined because I should have been informed about it in the booking process, not afterwards, and also because that information was nowhere to be found. My room was dusty upon arrival and the carpet badly vacuumed. Also the floor at the toilet had hairs on it and was obviously not cleaned recently. When I asked my room to be freshened I did not get the change to finish my sentence because the girl at the desk was in such a hurry to tell me that it had already been cleaned that day. I was in my room when the two women, that she agreed to send anyways, arrived to freshen it up. I got a very hostile attitude from them so I went back down and told the lady at the desk that I did not appreciate that kind of attitude for it wasn't my responsibility or my fault that the room wasn't clean. What I asked for was not unfair or unnecessary. She then grinned and giggled at me and obviously thought it was good on me for complaining. That really rubbed me the wrong way and I got quite angry :/ When I got back to the Hotel she had sent me a cheap bottle of bubbles- nice gesture but a sorry personally would have been so much more nice, for making up for her bad manners and unprofessional behaviour. Rest of the stay I did not see that girl again and rest of the staff I met was nice :) On the second morning water was coming from an opening in the ceiling of my room, making two puddles in the carpet.(likely to do with the air-conditioning system) Hopefully the carped will now be changed cause it had quite a few sigarette burns in front of the bathroom :/ For a Deluxe room, it was small and definitely without all Deluxe. Bad lighting and extremely hard...

It was a really fresh and nice accommodation, because of the low distance to the inner city, there have been a lot of young traveller's and students as well. Noicelevel at night including.

Price is very high, but doesn't meet expectations anyway. Receptionist is really unkindly, instead of "good morning" is minibar his unique concern. Sorry, as quality engineer I'm used to topics like customer requirements, this behavement is just not professional enough for business traveller's. But it might fulfill the requirements for all the young guys, pupils and students there ...

The location is great near the main street. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are modern. Parking is available in front of the hotel.

The breakfast used to taste better as I've stayed here before. It is attended well but needs more variety.

Hotel is well located, not completely in the center, but 15 min walk will get you there. Easy check-in if you do it on line before. Really friendly staff in reception. Well equipped rooms with comfy beds.

Breakfast choice could be better. Ristretto were 4 drops of coffee, maybe machine was finetuned well.

Gentleman running the bar at night. Very professional and friendly. A bonus to the hotel.

Jacuzzi and steam room out of order. Nobody mentioned this to us on checking in even though we booked the wellness spa area. The breakfast area carpet is very dirty and sticky. Looks stained and old.

Modern finish and great location

No water, shampoo, robe, slippers available in room. You can buy water from the reception. No option to buy extra toothpaste or razor (items you may forget). Breakfast was ok but basic, coffee and tea option were basic no chocolate available. The sauna was not working and to use wellness centre it cost 15€. The duvet is small, bed is firm but I like that. The towels were not replaced u less you ask, and twice they smelt like they had not been washed.

The service people are so nice, temperature in whole hotel is perfect, bed is comfortable, room is so clean, with table, chairs and silent place, perfect to work,. Toilet, shower room well equiped. Very recommended.

Maybe to have a place to work a few minutes in the lobby, a table or so. The cofee machine produce only espresso, not regular coffee.

It was clean, the room and our suite was comfortable, the breakfast was ok.

Many things were weird: when we checked in, we were told that the wellness area is open from 10:00am to 2:00pm and the steak house was closed. When we wanted to use the spa (at 1:15pm) they informed us that it costs 24€/person/2 hours for it. We've never heard of paying for wellness access when booking a room in a Wellness Hotel, especially one that is more expensive than hotels without Wellness facilities. When you book through on Booking platform, you don't always check the hotel's own website for details like this. Booking should make this kind of information visible.
