Very big size room. Very helpful staff. Kitchen facilities are a big plus for me. It is very close to soi 6 bar street. Seven eleven is just 1 minute walk away.

Shower pressure is not stable. Sometimes it gets too hot or too cold. There is a night club nearby. The music plays until early in the morning. But the sound doesn't disturb me.

Absolutely unacceptable!! No Pickups for 10b to see. No free guest Transport as in booking com description. Website information incorrect. A FOOL. My double bed was 2 single beds, just pushed together!!

Room which has shown in the pictures are not the same. size is matching as displayed in the pic. it's like a haunted house kitchen has only two vessels not clean one, no balcony but picture has it staffs are like zombies, and they are not responsive. Near kitchen it was leaking from ceiling. please check the towels for bathroom, kitchen and report it to the reception if something is missing, because they will cheat on something is missing and will reduce the money from caution deposit. Receptionist was completely rude from check in to check out. I will not at all recommend to anyone.

Loved the location, near an Irish pub, laundromat and not far from Second Road, Soi 6, where there is a great street market. The breakfast was good although you had to walk to another hotel to eat, the pool was OK good size and clean. The room size was excellent for one bedroom.

I didn't like the fact that they mistake putting a wine glass in our room but they charge us with it cause it went missing but there's nothing there to begin with and ask me if I inform them that is not there when we check in? We really didn’t enjoy our stay here ! If your a couple of family or a solo women or group of women I wouldn’t stay here its more like a bachelor hotel! Hotel rooms could be a lot cleaner, shower isn’t good it goes either too hot that you can’t bare or freezing cold constantly no matter what way you turn the shower handle.. there is so much noise at night until about 5/6 in the morning I didn’t get hardly any sleep, the pool is always in the shade also! we stayed two nights and that was enough ! My husband needed an extra pillow so I went to reception to ask on the first night and they said I couldn’t have it because the laundry staff had gone home and to come back in the morning, the following morning I went down and and they said I could only have the pillow if I paid 50 baht.. the air con wasn’t good either and it broke down at half 12 at night and we had to call reception but they sent up someone straight away to fix it and within half an hour it was fixed so can’t really complain about staff

Location of the hotel since it's in walking distances of the night life areas.

The pictures didn't fit to the actual state of the room. The floor boards where in a poor and even damaged state. All in all the hotel is very run down, the equipment (e.g. TV) is very old and could use an overhaul. For breakfast you have to walk to another hotel (Nova Suites).

This is my 2nd stay here and I will definitely be back. It has everything you need and the location is very hand too. It's not right in the heart of Pattaya which I prefer but less than a 5 minute bike ride away from wherever you need to get to. Would highly recommend.
