Touristic Highlights of Ooty (Guided Full Day City Sightseeing Tour by Car)
Overview
Yoga is India’s gift to the world. The word yoga literally means ‘union’, union of the body, mind and soul. It is an ancient discipline that originated in India around the 6th century B.C. and was embraced by the rest of the world in the 20th century. There have been several gurus in India, who have each made a significant contribution in teaching yoga in India and abroad. Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, simply known as Sadhguru, is one such proponent of the ancient science of yoga. Through his Isha Foundation that has over 200 centers worldwide, Sadhguru is engaged in spreading awareness about the benefits of yoga. On this half-day trip, spend some time at Isha Yoga Center, the headquarters of the Isha Foundation near Coimbatore. Highlights • 112 ft. high bust of Adiyogi • Meditation in Dhyanalinga • Calm atmosphere at the Meditation Center
