Cooking traditionally is something that includes more than a dish, cooking in Oaxaca means that you get to know our culture and our heritage, way of life and above all our warmth. I will teach you how to choose good ingredients or even how to substitute them for the ones you like. If you are vegetarian or vegan, Oaxacan cuisine has more than one option for you, since meatless dishes are part of our culture and I can adapt to your needs. Currently I have received more than 500 travelers from all over the world in my kitchen, and this is a new channel for you to come to know the authentic traditional cuisine. Day 1
Airport pickup and hotel check-in

Our airport representative will pick you up and check you in to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your flight.

Day 2
Dubai City Tour and evening Dhow cruise with dinner

Depart from the hotel after breakfast at 9:30am for the Dubai City Tour. See old and new Dubai, from the man-made Palm Jumeirah to the iconic Burj Al Arab and the historic Al Fahidi Fort. Head to the Gold and Spice Souks for the aromas and colors of traditional Arabia. In the evening, board a traditional dhow for a two-hour dinner cruise along Dubai Marina with live entertainment and stunning skyline views.

Day 3
Dubai Frame tour and afternoon desert safari with BBQ dinner
Dubai
Visit the Dubai Frame at 10am for a glimpse of the city's old and new sides from the 150m-high bridge. In the afternoon, head out to the desert for dune bashing, camel rides, and a Bedouin-style camp experience with a BBQ dinner, henna painting, and a live Tanoura dance show.

Day 4
Burj Khalifa tour with Musical fountain show and Dubai Mall shopping tour
The Dubai Mall
At leisure until 4pm, then transfer to The Dubai Mall — home to the world's tallest dancing fountains, an indoor aquarium, and the largest Gold Souk in the world. Ride to the 124th floor of the Burj Khalifa for panoramic views of the city, then enjoy the evening Musical Fountain show before returning to the hotel.

Check out and drop to airport
Dubai
Check out and your chauffeur will drop you at the airport. Standard check-out time is 12pm; late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
